To fall asleep when I’m not ready for it, I listen to an audiobook and do the 4-7-8 breathing exercises from wide awake to falling asleep in less than 15min. Does the trick for me. I don't nap but for tracking my sleep the app Autosleep works great
I tend to listen to some ASMR when I’m in bed, but even that doesn’t help when it’s too warm. I’ve tried Autosleep and it is probably one of the best on iOS
I think rather than telling yourself you can “quit” at any time, how about acknowledging that there will be days perhaps you can’t workout or get a video uploaded, but use the accountability as a talking point. By the end of the 100 days you would have built the habits that actually stick!
I want to try and use the challenge to show myself that I can push myself beyond where I think I can, and to get smarter with how I do things over the next 100 days
