How much citric acid do I need for a 330ml cocktail? It already has 10ml of lemon juice. Also, if I'm using 3.3 grams of citric acid per 330ml bottle, how much water am I diluting it by? And how much of that solution am I adding to the drink itself?
Grey Goose is not even a top 20 vodka. It’s over marketed and popular only because of that, but not very good. It is not smooth at all. Too much ethanol taste to it. If you want a French vodka, Summum is so much better.
wroooonggggg !!!!! whole video is unaccurate scotch can be also single grains or blended scotch including grain other than barley….. 100% barley will only mean that it is a malt scotch…. single malt scotch or blended malt scotch

Good information but in the amount of time and effort you took to create the drawings and animation for the video, you could have done an actual demonstration, which would have been much better.
Good review. I totally agree with Naked Grouse (my favorite) and Monkey Shoulder. Is JW Black Label really smoky, or s(oils I try the Double Black instead?
I prefer 2 tin ones bc it is easy to use like the first one but more professional than the first one bc i feel like the first one is for beginners while the second one is for experienced ppl
Hello, hope you see this... what would you recommend as the best way to clarify a broth? For example, broth that is gelatinous and thicker than gravy when cold but runny when heated like Pho broth?
Hello, this isn't exactly what you want, but this might be useful to you. When making broth, first blanch any bones you are using by boiling them and running them under cold water. This removes impurities that would otherwise be infused into your broth. Also, try to leave your ingredients as whole as possible (whole peeled carrots, whole stalks of celery, whole onions) and try to bring your broth to the barest simmer, not a boil. This will minimize how much your vegetables break down while still allowing them to impart their flavors. Doing these things will result in a clear broth. I hope that's helpful!
I am native American and I enjoy tequila I don't use salt or lemon I just sip it when I am off work on or holidays I don't even get sick or hangover from it
