Who in their right mind would want to retain an Indian passport when you have got a UK or US Or Canada or Australian passport. When the country is run by morons in the Central government and when the constitution was written at a time when not many Indians were going abroad so it didn't allow dual citizenship. It's 2024 now and the constitution should be amended with changing times - and dual citizenship makes sense but will the morons in the politics ever realize that fact

India should allow dual citizenship, Indian Talent pool, Industry & Economy will be benifited by this. Bangladeshi people come across the border & getting Voter Card, Aadhar Card, PAN , Ration card very easily in West Bengal. Then why Indian born & their heirs will not get dual citizenship ??? Atleast, they should be allowed to retain their passport, Voter card.
I agree..USCIS provides limited Quota for each Visa Category. Concern is, what if Client Invested 800k and post 2 years he is still in India with a reason that no Quota available and Client may get back his 800k after few years without any returns on it stating that Due to no Quota, Conditional Green Card Could not be processed. !

agree... Tution fees at discounted rate compare to International students. However, considering 6-7 Cr Investment in Target area . what is a locking period? what returns EB5 visa holder got who had Invested few years back? I fail to understand why USCIS is not issue Immigration Bonds which one can buy and process their EB5 with other considerations. Basically, who would be a beneficiary when One Invest 6-7 cr? would that be a Govt entity?
