It's my first time in your channel. I was led to pile 2 and I'm a Sagittarius-Capricorn cusper, Capricorn sun and Sagittarius moon. My boss knew that I am outspoken and my anger flares up whenever I am wronged or the team is wronged. I was able to solve a lot of issues within the team, be it technical, process or audit issues. The downside of being outspoken, it delayed my promotion and my career had been stagnant now. I didn't receive that much of appreciation and empathy from him.
