how much of the land is on the lower "flat area compared to on the major slope? is there the ability to build a car bridge where the foot bridge was located? are the other plots that are between the land and creek sold or available as well?
Thanks Marion! The morning before I was really early and trying to do this video. It was so dark and wet, and my light was all wrong (video I need to have a light in my face, and not one on my helmet)...I couldn't ride the trail and the video was a total fail! Haha, better to video on the way up in the dark.
