I love Dr.Erickson, she has been a light in my cancer tunnel, I was treated out of her Lewiston office. I met her in the Rumford office and she’s just an amazing Dr. I had a bad experience in her Lewiston office, not with Nicholette, but with the other members of the staff there, and because of that experience I will only go to the Rumford office. I was diagnosed in 2013, I went through radiation treatment and about a year later was told my cancer was in remission.. And have been seeing her for 11 years, the bond I feel with her is amazing, she’s never made me feel like just another patient, I always felt like I was someone, someone that she truly cared about and I know that I am. She told me a year and a half ago that I have been cancer free, that I could consider it just a thing of the past, and she honestly doesn’t see it coming back after 10 years (at that time) And then she told me that she was going to retire, I was so shocked, for one because she definitely doesn’t look old enough to have been an oncologist for 25 years at that time, and even though she told me I was cancer free, I felt scared of her retiring from medicine and not being there. I know it sounds selfish, but my first thought was what about me, what if my cancer comes back, who can I trust if she’s not there anymore.. She has been my life line for 11 years and I know she is preparing to send me back to my primary care doctor, but I’m going to miss her, the big smile when she sees me to the huge hugs that make feel loved and that she’s truly happy that you are a part of her survivors list, in the beginning my prognosis wasn’t promising, and they still are not sure what type of cancer I even had. Cancer has 3 major categories that cancer falls under , and the cancer that I had didn’t fall under any of them. I was a cancer patient without a medical term for the cancer that I had the only thing they really knew was that it was small cells and I had a tumor in the right side of my abdomen that grew to 12cm. Anyway I just wanted to say that Dr. Nicholette Erickson is an amazing Oncologist and she saved my life, not just with the medical technology and medicine, but her pure heart and soul and just her ability to make her patients feel better and know that they are going to be alright.. I love you Dr. Erickson (Nicholette) and I’m definitely going to miss you. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me, I’ll never forget you, I will always remember you and carry you in my heart ♥️
I wanted to mention, whomever posted this originally got Lorenzo's surname wrong. It's Vargas like the famous artist. Also, the woman in the video could yodel up a storm! I forget her name but she was very brave having chose to go through tough treatments even though she was in her 80's and refused to give up. I called her my rock. I'm 12 years cancer free!
RIP Lorenzo. 3/29/2016. We met while going through tough times at CMMC. Both of us had stage 4 cancer. Playing guitar helped us both through our treatments and we both would play for other patients as well. I saw him only once after we both completed our treatments and we got together in Rumford Maine and played some guitar. He truly was a very nice guy that had a kind soul and spirit within him. I loved when he showed up at my home and invited me to join him at his place afterwards. A couple years later, i decided to look him up as i was having a party and wanted some live music. I was shocked when i went to find his address online and found an obit instead. I can't tell you how much this affected me. He believed in God and i believe he is in heaven now. I wish i knew him longer but even the short time our paths crossed, it was very meaningful. God bless you Lorenzo. I hope there are guitars where you are! Love you, tom.
Dr. Rutstein is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever known. She did so much for my son while he was at Maine Med. She is the doctor I will tell anyone I know that has any health issues in her field, to see no one else but her, she will do everything in her power to help that person and for their family. Kind and gentle soul.
Like they say light is always at the end of the tunnel, I have up because I didn't have much choice but Dr Iyhere herbal medicine on youtube changed my story and gave me alot to live for after the issue of the cured Agioedema, everything feels so right.

At first I didn't know what to do. I should be more focused on the overall health and comfort of my body, but that was not forthcoming because of the swollen ankle. Dr Perlman leaving Bridgton Hospital is in my opinion a great loss to the community I know for sure it was to me. A community made up largely of older people in need of good medical care in the immediate area where they live. With the new company that took over the practice DFD Russell now at the helm chances of that happening are slim to none. In their short time running that practice they have lost all of the doctors that were there when they took over.Once DFD Russell took over the practice Dr Perlman seemed different. He was great to me all the time but once they got there he seemed pressured and harried by the situation. There should be more doctors like Dr Perlman because he truly sees the patient as a person and treats them with respect , grace , and humanity. I do not find this provider to be an honest man. He is chronically late for all of my appointments, sometimes up to 75 minutes late. When I confronted him about inaccurate information he wrote in my medical record (saying I was anxious when I told him I was excited) and about him canceling ALL appointments except for 1 a month which is a 50% reduction in my care I explained why that did not work. Salko is afraid of conflict and as a result, once he was confronted with the dishonesty of what he did, he retaliated and removed my patient portal access so I can not see what he is saying about me, I can not coordinate my care and due to my autism, I have no way to contact my doctor. If you want to be an active part of your medical care and have a say in how your treatment goes, do not choose SALKO. He acts great at first until you disagree...then like a turtle he puts his head in his shell and hides from the issues. I suffered a long time until I got myself out of it. Now, Salko is abandoning me by 50% without even discussing it with me as asked. F- I wanted to resolve our issues peacefully but Dr. Salko was not interested in speaking with me, the patient. I'd never trust anyone of you people I've had a Qoud drupple bypass surgery and then i come back to be played with you guys are the worst set of people ive been dealing with my brother told me that it's a slouter house and I believe it as many heart serjurys you have done and cant control the blood pressure when people have high blood pressure and gousing games don't apply I had a Qoud drupple bypass in January and this weekend i had three stents put in witch i think it's a gousing game what dose it really take to regulate blood pressure really I'm seeing it is about the government and States agencies they are not American they are foreign policy and im very un happy about MMC i will never give a good reputation I'm not here to be played and put my life on the line I'll huont the doctor's when I Cross over the other side im not a happy man thay don't know what they are doing trust me I'm not fixed yet
