"I own this desert b******" "If at first you don't succeed run away like a little b****" "Your mother is a dirty w**** your mother is a dirty w**** your mother is a dirty w**** (increases in Pitch )your mother is a dirty w****" Some of the greatest quotes from this anime
One of the few animes that leave you depressed after you finish it. Edit: I don't mean that the anime is depressing, I mean that you get depressed because you've run out of episodes and you're craving for more.
man i doscovered desert punk after looking for something stupid but also ecchi and ended up finding my second favorite early funi dub, right next to trigun, also a godly dub as well as series, actually i think i might rewatch trigun tonight, fuck it im doin that
it's honestly unbelievable that halfway through the series, they'd ditch this ending for a much more traditional anime closing. this is INSANELY catchy and lovingly quirky. perfectly meshes with the vibe of the show. who is this band because i love it!?
@peppermintnightmare4741 no season 3 because the Manga ended with no further progression. Someone should reboot the Manga so we can get another series lol
Only got around to watching this gem yesterday. Shame the ending is was a bit weird and that there won't be no continuation. Regardless Show still holds up.
Sounds more like some kind of woodwind instrument being played in a style reminiscent of a Harmonica. Almost sounds like a flute. I've never heard a harmonica that sounds that smooth in my life before.
What a trip to the wayback machine this concert is. Open with Victory then into Crush Gear Fight. That song is so rarely in their concerts now, though they did it at MAXIMIZER and it's on the Strong Best Album. When they did their first US show at Otakon, Otakon staff sent a list of songs fans here wanted to hear. Ask and ye shall receive: we got Crush Gear Fight, Meikyuu no Prisoner and an acoustic corner with Cry for the Earth, Little Wing and Fukuyama doing Angel Voice. The rest of the songs were to a playback instrumental, but save for the lack of being able to riff on SKILL for 10 minutes, it was a JAM Project concert. What there was to complain about? Aside from their trips to SF and LA (where they did shows while in town to watch instrumental recording and film PVs), they've brought a band the other three times they've come to the US. Good times.
