There's a resistance member near Gare Saint Lazzare (railway station in Paris Area 2) on the road outside. Everytime I go near him a dialogue pops up " Press E to talk". But nothing ever happens. I've tried it multiple times even after 100% game completion with no luck. Have you experienced it? Is it a glitch? Or just an unfinished side mission which the devs weren't able to wind up? I think you're the right person to dig deeper. I know it's 2024 and you may no longer be actively playing it but still if you read this comment, do reply
Lol Fun fact: İf you got the Aurora Machine Gun Perk before the Saarbrücken 1940 Grand Prix, İts possible to kill Dierker with Aurora. The game will fail with a funny reason that is the "Violence is not allowed" Lol
😅had no idea Sean is that strong so i myself placed a dynamite (or maybe even an rdx) and upon blowing i just waited for the sus zone to die down,then i did the rest just like you did
It's the Gestapo AGENT disguise. You can always find Gestapo Agents (not Generals) in the train bridges, waling in the middle of the bridge. Works like any other disguise.
Came back to this video having visited the real-life castle (the Chateau du Haut-Koenigsbourg) for myself this year - the devs really put in a lot of work recreating the location and it's a shame that the planned DLC never happened! Still, thanks to the method in your other video we're able to have a mess around and see behind those big red walls for ourselves. One thing I will say, comparing the Saboteur's recreation to the real castle - the devs definitely scaled it up for the game! It's a pretty big castle in real life, but not big enough to house a missile silo in the star-shaped bastion at the front (1:43) - which was actually used for housing lifestock in reality. But The Saboteur was never afraid of taking artistic license with reality to craft memorable and enjoyable setpieces, and I'll always be sad that this DLC never panned out. Still, if you're in the Alsace region I'd definitely recommend checking out the castle! Definitely worth a day trip if you can spare the time - just make sure the shuttle bus from the nearby train station is running, it's quite the distance away and literally on top of a mountain!
I've tried on Xbox 360 and PC multiple times, it always works. Perhaps one of the steps in the instructions was not clear enough. Just make sure you get them ALL during the alarm.
Kind of wish the disguise system had more depth to it. Like wearing a regular Wehrmacht uniform makes every Wehrmacht soldier suspicious when you run or get close to them,but wearing a Wehrmacht officer uniform makes them none the wiser. However the SS grunts and officers can see through it when doing suspicious things.
@@TheOriginalSaboteur One of the Gestapo officers has a suit rather than a trench coat but it seems to be cut content. However, the model and disguise for Sean are still there. Just needs to modify the lua file to make it wearable but I don't know what is the model string.

Yeah I get it. I never really missed it neither, but I remember reading in a couple of places it is "missable" because Generals do not respawn, and then I found this bastard who does. So it's not technically missable anymore. :D
finding this video after playing Homefront:The revolution i was expecting that jet plane (which to me looks like a bomber-type of a plane) alongside the rockets was meant to be a nazi solution of "if i am about to lose,you will all lose with me" situation,just like in that mentioned game where Korean Army after being nearly driven out of the Philladelphia they simply decided to go out with laughter and strated gassing the city from their zeppelins
Attention to detail. 10/10 I believe it is because there is no time. Sean only puts on the jacket and hat (no pants, no boots) for practicality purposes. Either that or it's a statement against the Political party.
I want for this AWESOME game a remake on the Ps5 & or 1000 times better a second part!!! Very best gta clone EVER!!! Only the b/w modus SOOO AWESOME, the soundtrack same of the best & the hole story sooo deep catch me anytime!!!

also seing some perks i would some that sounds hard af,but are actually easy,lke that Kill 10 nazis in 10 seconds with rdx or dynamite. went on that kill the general while giving a speech during burning of the books,had a Super RDX at that time,just got disguise,approached the crowd of like 12-14 nazis cherring on that speech planted the super rdx and blew it off,totally forgetting i got the radius boosted via bought perk,killing myself as well in the process...but i got that perk
Good thing is that perks are kept even if you die. I once pulled this perk in one or near one of the bridges I remember. There's a bunch of nazis even outside of any actual mission. I like how the game allows many of the gameplay mechanics available all the time and not only during missions (even if they serve no purpose like riding on the turrent of a vehicle when noone is driving).
@@TheOriginalSaboteur true,i died on that "Kill 10 nazis in 10 seconds using dynamite and/or rdx". did it on that book burning mission where you had to kill a general for there was a cluster of 13 nazis cheering on the speech but for some reason as soon as i laid the rdx trap down it went off killing those nazis and myself (i know the exact number as that was the highest number of nazis i made dead with a single move,due to stats)
It would be great if Sean wears the full outfit including the armbands. Also can Sean wear terror squad outfit?I have the game but I didn't play it fully because my Xbox had a problem and is now replaced by a ps4 my father buys 2 years ago
I eagerly discovered a new PS3 version of The Saboteur in 2011 in a game clearance bin. I learned recently that a PS4 controller will work with the PS3 but not fully. I decided to get the PS3 going again (with PS4 controller) and am now finishing up playing this. I did find as mentioned some areas not accessible and learned on RU-vid how to glitch into one of them, this one. I'd recommend this to any game player if they never knew of this game, but yeah, it's still around in collector hands.
There is a code to add in the .txt file for PC to unlock it. I did not get it in preorder back in Xbox 360, I first used it like 10+ years later in PC. Hahahahaha.
