Went from north south to inverting back and capturing one of his arms and when they go to sit up you throw your leg over the head and boom..there it is, hope that answered your question!

@@Tgg847 absolutely, belly down kinda depends on their reaction like if they start stacking instead of sitting up then you can and about the triangle, it's always there, you just need to set it up correctly

Ok how is a reverse triangle different from a triangle and how would you set it up?

​@@Tgg847 it's kinda all about the angles, first understand and study the regular triangle and when you understand it you'll be able to connect the dots for the reverse and other types of triangles.

Haha yeah I got them from my uncle who went to Thailand to train at tiger Muay thai for either a couple weeks or a couple months I can't remember but yeah they where huge and I hated wearing em but they were sick
