Just did the Death Bird, after many tries, so that still works. But I’m having trouble with the procs and that backhand swing you do after you do the initial blast. I’m on PC using a mouse, so sometimes he backhands it, like you show, and other times I forehand it, which doesn’t seem to do anything as far as a DOT. Also, I don’t always hit the dragon consistently, even when I pull off the backhand swing, like it’s going through it or something. I’ll keep trying, but I have a feeling this is going to be rough on PC.
For those who are having issues. Look up as your doing rotations. You want to see the flames spread. Otherwise you can see that your shit isn't procing.
every hit with the death poker in the video deals 9000 damage but my total fp cost deals 9000 it gives me 15000 runes instead of 30k any ideas? (i play on xbox one)
Does the cheese of the boss for poker work for you after the DLC dropped? I do everything the same as in the video and when he goes to the edge, he does not fall off instead kills me with his spell.
Can confirm bird of rite still works, if youre having troubles with getting hit under the tree or getting hik to fall off. Drop into that lil divot on the left crouch & keep walking into the mountain til he falls then you can jump back up. Only way i was able to do it
for the dragon, get the spiked fists in caleid, bought from a merchant. Then get enchant bloodflame blade, from a scarab in Liurna of the lakes. Get enough stats to use. Go to dragon, enchant fist, dual wield and go ham on the dragon. Dies way faster than if only only using the weapons bleed. Another option is to use the same enchant on the flail you get from a carriage chest near the beggining. Or, if Margit has been defeated. Get a Scythe, ash of war Spining weapon, without the magic damage, enchant bloodflame, spin to win on dragon. Basically, any fast hitting weapon / ash of war with a weapon enchanted with bloddflame just destroys the dragon.
New Elden ring player. I watched a different video for an early rune farm and it was the one you showed about the huge dragon. That person didn’t mention at all you could rest at grace and the dragon will still live. I’m favoriting this video
from what i understand in the vid, its either your not doing the method properly or your player prob doesn't have enough intelligence to use it, i haven't tried it yet but if you're on PlayStation, it would be be L2 first, then r1, switch to torch and r1 and do it over. ive seen a few comments say its working some say no have you been able to get it to work since posting?
Lots of way to make Radagon easy, if you aren't hung up on 1-shotting him at any rate. Mimic Tear to get his attention, then just blast him down with the Fire Spell of your choosing.
Can you tell me rotation for PC.L1 is Ctrl on PC but what is R1?I tryed left button,Shift left button,right button and Shift right button but is not the same like on yours rotation.Ty
Here is how I did it: 1) Black Knife armor full set 2) Buff up Frenzied Burst and snipe the first archer 3) Cover and rush sequence the 2nd one. Kill with Bleed weapons and melee talismans -- which I equipped before the guide technically does. It basically stun locked her and was quite safe. 4) Frenzied Burst the next 2 archers from the top of the candle tower above the 2nd archer. Now you have no more archers to deal with can can easily climb up the ladder to the 3rd candle in the adjacent tower. 5) Use Ekzyke's Decay on the courtyard from above (narrow bridge) to kill the assassin there before going down. Stand on the "backside" of the bridge to avoid caster forward and falling off. EZPZ --- okay... after a couple hours of trial and error. I even went so far as to get the Frenzied Flame Seal so I could dual wield Seals - butt still couldn't 1 shot the arches with Frenzied Burst with that configuration and non-pot self buffs (not necessary if you execute my steps above.
Definitely need more map time. I keep getting lost and having to pull up maps because you just say the next spot like we all know exactly where that is.
Okay, first of all. This video is for players who have minimum 500h in game. Second, if i wanna follow ur path i need to know the whole thing about the game. Third. 8:12 this is impossible! My game is load under 2 second (1:32)...I've currently reached the 8th minute in about 2 hours... I think I've played the game for 10-15 hours, but I've had enough for a lifetime... it looks really good, super spectacular, but unplayable like this. Thank you for the video.
1. not really i made this entire build and i only have about 20 hrs of total playtime on another char. 2. no, i started with the entire map locked and was still able to do this perfectly find. 3. thats really a you problem tbh, my internet/loading time is pretty fast and i was still able to do it
@28:25 those drops are no longer there since the patch. edit: you know what, disregard this, I just realised I actually may have already picked those up when i fell off the roofs earlier when trying to kill some imps, then running around in a panic while grabbing everything that was around me, my bad >.<
Everything here all still works, decided to start a new character for the DLC release and this is the quickest way to punch out some early levels. Recommend scum saving and turning your game into offline mode while farming the dragon in case your grace is peppered with messages like mine was.
