yes! additionally, the V2 has an adapter so you can use a cheater lens as well and not wear glasses at all if you prefer. our headgear adjusts away from your face so plenty of clearance.
@@bluedemonweld it came in the other day its perfect! I have it adjusted so i can wear my glasses no problem. It really just makes my life easier.. add the usbc light and grind button on top of perfect clarity yea im sold.
Whats the difference between coated cooper wire and NON coated copper? Like whats better to use and what materials should use coated and what materials use non coated?
I am needing 5o repair our local school aluminum boat & due to our remote location i do not have access to argon for aluminum welding. Has anyone tried these brazing rods on a aluminum riveted boat before? Just FYI I live in Ulukhaktok, NWT, Canada.
Do you guys make a chart for your wire? My welder doesn't have one and it would be nice if they're was a chart I could use for what voltage, wire speed for different thickness and types of steel.
RG-60 creates higher tensile strength welds than RG-45. However, not every job requires a higher tensile strength. It isn't really a question of which rod is better because both fulfill different needs.
What machine do i need to weld with this? Can i use a cheap 60$ welder machine or need more expensive? Yeswelder 250 pro? Is 360$ but looking for cheap options
Yes, both machines will ship to Alaska via purchasing from Amazon! 200MSTI: www.amazon.com/Blue-Demon-BlueArc-Multi-Process-Inverter/dp/B096C685C8?ref_=ast_sto_dp 140MSI: www.amazon.com/BLUEARC-Inverter-Welding-Machine-BLUEARC-140MSI/dp/B084ZRTSBS?ref_=ast_sto_dp
I finally got it, I'm very impressed so much features it got. I'm surprised the strap is pretty well made. I didn't think it be comfortable due to the look of the odd shape.
Can't wait to get my, can't believe I never find this helmet until now. I like all the features it got. Outside buttons to change mode is interesting. I'm more surprised all the accessories it has available on your Amazon store.
What is your thought about welding sheet metal panels this way in cars instead of using an electrical way? Like 19 to 22 gauge! Do you think a heat stop is the best way to go. Used to do some welding till I got a pacemaker. Just thinking about picking up the hobby again!
I have your.35 wire my question is can I weld my stainless steel vbands to my mild steel tubing? What may be a issue I will have and will it bond ok. It's only being used for exhaust so nothing structural.
So basicaly i can knock the flux off my old n55 rods clean the dickens out of em am let the tig welder eat on some cast with a 2% thoriated 3 32th tungsten with low amps
I'm a beginner here. I actually wish there were some technical explanations & comparative analysis for using each type. I heard this is fantastic wire, but ditch the music & tell me why I should use your product. Thanks..
sorry.. they are soooo close in flux chemistry it is almost impossible to tell the difference. technically T-11 is for 'limited multi-pass' but tbh i have seen them both used in multi-pass if the weldor is decent and all slag is removed between passes.
Hi guys, I just received my first roll of this wire from Amazon to try out . The problem I have is , my little flux core welder only has turn knobs, with no readouts. Can you translate the wire speed to fast medium or slow (1-10) and the voltage I guess is near a 7-8 ? Cheers 👍🐺👍
@@RUSTICW0LF okay well the sweet spot is 25-28V.. i have never heard of a flux core silicone bronze. you mean one that doesn't require gas, right? sorry... i have not. i would imagine the shielding agents in the flux would destroy the 'look' of silly b though.
