Just discovered Jeanne’s videos. I am a big Jerry Clower fan and she reminds me so much of him. So funny and down to earth. Wish I had known about her sooner.
I have wanted to white water rafting since I was 17.While driving to my Dad's funeral.I am in my 50s now.I finally booked a trip with 2 co-workers in Sept. We are driving to Blue Ridge,GA n stay in a cabin on a Friday.Saturday we raft the Ocoee and Sunday we zip line.I am ready to go!❤❤❤❤❤❤
My daughter and I got the recommendation from my mother to watch her videos when my daughter was about 9 or 10 years old. She will turn 20 in a few months and she still re-watches them! I think the pashmina story might be our absolute favorite, but it's hard to pick one. If you have a daughter, as a mom, you know how hard it is to get them to even SMILE when they turn about 12 until at least 16, i think mine went about from 11 to 16. And this was a kid who got into giggles fits all the time. I have ALWAYS done the same as Mrs. Robertson and found humor in just about any situation (and with THREE teens, 2 boys and a girl, that is TOUGH) and in all my years with kids, I'm most happy to have passed this along to them. I truly appreciate the fact that this woman has gotten my sullen black (dyed) haired, black nailed, black lipsticked, wore ONLY army boots and seemed to ENJOY crying daughter to giggle with me during the long drought! God bless her. I'm always cheered to see someone comment that they have found or been told about her videos. They have years and years of laughter to come from watching and re-watching! And yes, btw, i can relate to the majority of her stories having been born and raised in Tennessee 😂
I think we might have still had this brilliant humorist in the flesh had certain malicious world leaders not unleashed a global mass-murder campaign in 2020.
What can I add that hasn't already been said I will miss that sweet southern accent hilarious stories and her charm I plan on getting all of her CDs if I can
What a joy it would have been to have known such a delightful woman in person. I bet she brought the sun with her everywhere she went... so sorry she has passed . What an incredible fine lady. ❤
1:27 This was one of my favorite moments. The first time I listened to that story, I cry laughed, then Googled it to be sure I had heard it correctly 😂
Hilarious 😂 I am laughing so hard there are tears. I miss this Precious Lady 😇 This is just the best one!! I always think that until she does another story!! Amazing 💯💕
She was the funniest female comedian to me. This is my favorite story of hers. I could hear it over and over and not get tired. It's sad that she is no longer with us. 😢
Regardless of how many times I have seen a clip on here I still watch them all again. Seeing and hearing Jeanne is like a breath of fresh air. She brought smiles to my face at a time when I thought I would surely never smile again. When she passed I cried like she were a family member. I only saw her once in Bristol, TN/VA and was blessed to meet her. There will be no one to replace our Jeanne and/or Left Brain who we all loved too. There are still days when the clouds hang low and it is a good feeling to know I can put on some Jeanne and not just smile but guffaw! Thank you, Miss Congeniality.
i love this! my dad is so like left brain and my mom is like Jeanne :D they do the same types of things, my dad always trying to save money and my mom wanting to enjoy herself and do whats more pleasant/convenient, not what saves a couple bucks! found jeanne before she passed, sad about their passing, several years ago now, but im SO glad for this channel so we can continue to hear all her wonderful stories.
