I am finally ready to make the changes needed to improve not only the way I look, but to improve my overall health. My start day is May 16, 2021. I will weigh in once every week, on Sunday. As of right now, my weight is 276 pounds. I am wearing 2XL - 3XL in shirts and size 20 - 22 in pants or shorts. My long term weight goal is to be around 140 to 150 pounds. My health goal is to no longer need diabetic medications. It would pretty awesome to be able to buy clothes in the regular section of a store, not plus size. I would like to get to size 8 in pants and shorts and a medium or large in shirts. I know that I have a long way to go, but it is way past time to start this journey.
