The children were really cute. Every mother I know had to leave work early to prepare to go. They also start to complain because they have to listen to "the code" a hundred times a day🤣 At one point Nemo had to tell the children that they had to answer the questions of the interviewers now and will be with them later. In a kind way, because at first Nemo listened to the children and answered. And in the end, Nemo took time to talk to everyone. It was very special because the kids from Nemo's former music school (still the same teachers Nemo had) performed a medley of Nemo's songs. Biel/Bienne is a small city. Everyone knows each other. Especially those who work in culture and education - we have a lot of art projects and free spaces for kids. There were former teachers, neighbors, classmates. I was there with Nemo's former babysitter and a former colleague of Nemo's father. Nemo said it was surreal to perform on a place that was part of their way to school for so many years and now everyone gathered to see them. And that it is also strange to look into the crowd and see people they had known for years. It was a beautiful evening. Let's just hope Berne gets the ESC in collaboration with us. That's the advantage of Berne: 20 minutes apart there is Biel. A town to small to organize it but so ready to help out.
