Thanks for the Video, really helps...i would like to know why Ramipril was not included in omitted drugs on the chart. I thought it would have been noted on the space for omitted medication since it was Not given, due to incorrect prescription
Just double confirmed- so if the code is 6 (not 10), then not necessary for put it in the last pages (omitted doses of medicine and delayed doses)? I am confused for that, thank you for any reply
@@mynurseslifeoscetraining4249 i thought the tool says if patient is acutely ill AND there has been or is likely to be no nutritional intake for more than 5days,,, doesnt that mean the two criteria must be present for a score of two?
@@mynurseslifeoscetraining4249 I think this is incorrect as they must be acutely ill AND not eaten for more than 5 days or not going to eat for more than 5 days it must be both ,if they are not acutely ill then they would not score the 2.
Hi it would be a 0 as they they must be acutely ill AND not eaten for more than 5 days or not going to eat for more than 5 days it must be both, if they are not acutely ill then they would not score the 2 and it would be a zero
Thank you so much for this, just to enquire what made you the first prescription is not valid i mean the dosage because you checked just the first medication in the BNF
This was hilarious 😂. However, what code do you use for one the the errors she made which was trying to divide the drug because the dose at hand was different from the prescribed dose?, please I need your urgent response, thank you.
Hello, I just watch your videos and it's really helpful. Please I need your urgent response, what code do you give when the drug at hand is different from the desired dose?
