After seeing evil Joe Biden on a IBEW stage i have never been so happy i didn't join. I have been an electrician for over 15 years and I make almost 2x as much as my union counterpart. 🤔

You are a supervisor and do not meet the definition of employee. You are excluded from the collective bargaining group and you are not covered by the collective bargaining agreement.. It’s called an Employee and Employer relationship. Do you have to care about getting work, finding more employees, and dealing with customers with the financial issues?…NO The contractors are the reason you have a job. Not the union, remember that.

There are plenty of calls for CW and CE. JW book has slowed to a crawl, full of restricted calls - ZIP Code, Female only, etc. Are there any plans to fix this issue? If not, why not?
How does the process work to get into local 11 as a apprentice, I want something better for myself and planning on moving forward from my 10yr old job.
