Calligraphy Health is a pathway to a healthier, more balanced life.

🎉Thank you for these beautiful moments to practice. I see the importance to practice slowly the small details with the stretching and flow. Please also share a new routine restores positive energy divine confidence all around us and within us. I hope to learn more Basic Neigong in the new year. The martial art school of neigong emphasises training the coordination of the individual's body with the breath, known as "the harmonisation of the inner and outer energy (內外合一)", creating a basis for a particular school's method of utilising power and technique. Neigong exercises that are part of the neijia tradition involve cultivating physical stillness and or conscious (deliberate) movement, designed to produce relaxation or releasing of muscular tension combined with special breathing techniques such as the "tortoise" or "reverse" methods. The fundamental purpose of this process is to develop a high level of coordination, concentration and technical skill that is known in the martial arts world as neijin (內勁). The ultimate purpose of this practice is for the individual to become at one with heaven or the Dao (天人合一). As Zhuang Zhou stated, "Heaven, earth and I are born of one, and I am at one with all that exists (天地與我並生, 萬物與我唯一)". Martial neigong is about developing internal power. (Ref: Wikipedia)

Today in early evening I found your channel! I am very excited because I think you have a very good approach to show people how to help themselves.Thank you for sharing and showing. I would like to ask you for some help please. I have very dry sinus which I suspect has caused me to have sinus and throat pain and sinus infection. I also have a thyroid condition called Hashimotos Thyroiditis snd wonder if the dryness of sinus is caused by thyroiditis. What are your thoughts please? Suggestions for improvement? I am 55 yrs old lady. Since two years I'm suffering from pain related problem. It is mostly frozen shoulder, sometimes back pain. I had been cured through physiotherapy and exercise. But it returned in other arm. Recently I broke my arm and after one month, when cast removed...I realized a nagging shoulder n arm pain engrossed me. Please help! I wonder why there is so much pain in some parts of my body suddenly. My thyroid, sugar level, Blood pressure everything is okay in blood report.

I clap my hands 10 times, then I cup my hand slightly and slap the middle of my arm 10 times each side (like in 01:18), and slap underneath my armpit 10 times each side, four repetitions doing that, and heart palpitation disappeared. Natural remedies / home cures. Thank you ❤
