Hello, my Hornbill smart lock keeps not working. I've reset and re installed a few times. But an hour later the lock and unlock don't work and instead in keep beeping. Can you help please?

Is this the latest software for this unit? I noticed it changed. I only see videos showing how to use the older software. There should be complete videos of this version of software.

The system is older tech. When accessing it through a computer via a browser it says "Flash is not install. Click here to download flash player." Well Flash Player is no longer used and the system cannot be viewed via a web browser. I wish this could be fixed.

Dear Liliana, Thanks for your asking, Betty here. For this issue, please try these 2 steps: 1. Please check if the power supply and the power cord work or not. The infrared lights on when power on. ( Cover the camera with your hands to see if the infrared light on or not ) 2.If still not work, there is a reset button on the back of the camera, please reset by pressing the button for a few seconds , and re-connect the monitor. Yooo if anyone sees this. DO NOT BUY this system. It is straight garbage. I had 2 critical incidents over the course of the year and Smonet cameras failed to catch either of them. The frame rate was incredibly choppy, instructions were awful, customer "service" takes days to respond to help, and the wind knocks them offline and they constantly are rebooting themselves. It's complete junk. May as well not have any system at all. You have been warned!!!
Thanks, I've done this, but not working, I get notifications for motion detection, but when I click the notification icon on my phone/app, it just takes me to the main bit, I've only had it twice where it shows me the recording of the motion it detected, that's what I want ?

How do I reset the whole thing? When I turn it on it wants a username and pass but I was not given a generic password to start with? Im guessing I was given a pre-owned one? Can It be reset to factory default?
