In the Summer of 2014, an exciting new multi-media venture debuted on television and online that we hope will shine a light on the Appalachian Mountains of East Kentucky; Our Mountains. Developed by Rhonda and Joel Brashear along with Dean Osborne, Our Mountains features positive, uplifting stories of the people and places here in the East Kentucky hills. Our Mountains is a modern take on traditional Appalachian culture, celebrating the rich history of our region while looking toward a bright future.

I was sad to hear that Bobby passed away last week. Best Blue grass singer l ever heard. Always spot on pitch performing with his brother Sonny. Such great great harmonies. He was a Purple Heart 💜 recipient in the Korean War. Great entertainer and a gentleman always. Rest in peace my hero.
Barry Rollins-found this footage. I’m a long time Fan of Bobby and Sonny Osborne. They are a big part of the history of Bluegrass music. They brought a whole new audience to bluegrass. I’m glad they made a music video of the greatest tenor in bluegrass. Future generations of bluegrass fans can see this bluegrass legend!!
I sure love you music I followed you from the beginning when you was on America’s got talent and I follow your videos and God gave you a talent All the cover songs you do you do very well
You have a 20 minute commercial for your state in your video, too long for the average person to wait on.. No wonder you have had 79 people in 6 months.
Thank you for sharing the live feed, yesterday. Due to sickness, I was unable to attend this year. This has allowed me to watch at home… We are so proud of Dean, Bobbie, alll the great musicians, Hyden citizens bank and everyone that works so hard to keep the Osborne brothers festival going each year. Thanks again for sharing!
