A singleton format is probably the only place it will really shine, you will not see this card on the ladder since there are a legion of much faster decks and degenerate combos that beat an honest creature generating parlor trick. :) Best artifact ever printed? Bold statement lol
45:15 I think Myrel also prevented tapping your Hedge Maze and other creatures (that are Forests with Ashaya) for mana since Hedge Maze is a creature from Nissa's ability.
Not to be rude but Imma comment what I didnt like,a sort of review,under this aswell. hope you dont take it personally. it's just a bunch of errors I've been focused on because I'm studying video editing due to startng my yt channel recently. to answer your question: The starting part of the video. I'd say the first minute. Usually I watch the first part of a video to figure out if it's worth my time watching(I work so I hve to divide my time) ,your video gave boring vibes. A bit harsh but its the true experience,once I tough it out the video itself its quite good,but the start is just,not slow,just didnt feel it. @@Thonieler
SO I watched it again to figure out a concrete point. You said alot of words whit a good tone and had a pretty good editing aswell. I can tell it's the same editing of spitting brit,but he does it better somehow,not sure how but its not as good. My guess? it didnt click whit me what you were gonna do or why due to a poor explanation of the plot,yes a silly YT still has a plot. For example the whole starting sequence,I simply couldnt tell what part is funny. It's boring,because I cant understand your joke,its fun in hindside after I watch the entire video,but I cant tell what's going on when i first watch the video. I dont have any context,there's no build up for emotional payoff. I simply dont feel anything,thus I'm bored. I also had a hard time getting in the game,because I dont remember what Congo's abilities are :() I was also really confused troughout the video. in more point than one(more on the next comment) This is a problem I'm trying to fix in my video aswell so if you find any tip or solution you're welcome to teach/criticise me aswell. Small nit pick: You go over important plot points wayy too fast. it's good to skip over boring parts qickly,but you gave the same emotional impact for everything. This mean I cant differenciate, what is important:like AFrica conquering Europe (impotant thus I need to remember),from what's not important.( a fleeting joke I dont need to remember) Basically your objective/plot explanation went under my radar,so I forgot about the goal(in the title) after about 3 minutes. personal nitpick: I relaxe alot when watching civ so I also had to rewatch some parts because it was way too fast. I'll use an example here,it happened alot so I'll just choose one I found out how to fix. I had to rewatch your banned luxury part,I can tell you tried to make it go by fast to avoid stagnating(It's just a a dead screen,whit no real repercution fr your goal after all). But why add it in the video then? You could talk about the world congress,say you want to ban a specific luxury and then announce the results(maybe a different luxury from what you wanted or something),so you develop banning luxuries as a plot point thus making it more interesting and the game more engaging. You also avoid having the banned luxury screen for like 6 seconds(boring) While developing it slowly so brain dead people like me, can understand what's going on.@@Thonieler
