Tsering Dorjee (Bawa) Producer / Actor / Dancer / Musician
Award winning artists, Tsering Dorjee ( Bawa) studied and perform Tibetan performing arts for about three decades. He has a Master in Tibetan performing arts from TIPA, Dharamsala, India. And to complement traditional performing arts, he attended acting training in France, The Netherlands, India and Barbizon International School of Acting and Modeling, San Francisco, USA.
He has worked in several notable films including the 1999's Oscar nominee movie Himalaya. Tsering collaborated with many notable composers such as Michael Becker with whom he created the original soundtrack for the 2009 Emmy Award winning documentary The Woman of Tibet - A Quiet Revolution.
Especially during his stay at TIPA, Tsering had the privilege of learning arts from some of the legendary Tibetan artists of our time and had toured many parts of the world to perform Tibetan arts.
