Second is more you’re curve but 7 don on the odd curve is a sweetspot because you put one don on leader for effect, play out a 4c body and two don on a 5k, attack 7 use leader ability and buff your other character(s). You can also do this at 6 don if you play a 3 cost like Zoro. So in conclusion I think the deck is fluid enough that you focus on choosing the worst curve for your opponents deck.
@@cashews21 ye I'm thinking about other potential targets, but it looks like the card is good pretty much only vs bonney. Destroying weevil doesnt look that good, since most of the times its gonna be cheated out, and also you prefer to rush down the doflamingo player. They guy that topped put a lot of enphasis on wanting the space for pistols, so I'm surely missing something
Pudding is the other ramp deck in the format and has access to yellow . Purple Luffy might be good now but I think people will defer to pudding for the same strategy. Only pro of Luffy is being able to ramp when you have 3 Dons after you use Kaido skills to subtract Don
Deck list looks pretty fun. Building it for a buddy. If you could in the Future add at the end a pic of the full deck list. the Commentary and thoughts are perfect, your on par with other channels who do deck profile spotlights. Idk about others, but after the first watch, i gotta re go through 4 or 5 more times, skipping parts. Just trying to make sure i got the correct card, the right amount. Just a thought. Keep up the Good Work!
@@kuriboh2195 I’d love to leave the picture at the end however RU-vid doesn’t pay anything if people skip to the end. If you’d like the full list I can send it to you on IG.
The deck literally hasn't done anything since 4.5 while blue doffy has consistently topped or won big events in both jp and English along with that has much better matchups into the meta compared to GP and better archetype tools to utilize. That could change in set 10 where we confirmed will have the set around punk hazard and the doffy but until then blue doffy just miles better
How do you handle having zero searchers? Is your goal just to make use of what you have versus going into each deck with a ideal order of events to complete?
Pretty much, and the goal is to be able to maximize use of the triggers and leader ability. Obviously if it was a near full Revo build then a searcher is certainly good to have. But since it's a major hodgepodge of cards then it's kinda luck and make do with what you have. Which makes it fun and interesting since decks like these aren't leader locked or anything. So you have free reign to be creative to keep your opponent guessing.
Sorry you guys, I'm new to the One Piece TCG and I'm having trouble understanding triggers. From what I read, they only get activated after I take damage and I get them from my life cards. Is that still correct? The way I see people explaining triggers is as if they can be used even if you don't take leader damage. Someone enlighten me here
@@ytrandomchannels6478 Ya that could be pretty interesting. I like the Sanji a lot because it's just a bigger body and a 1k Counter, but the Koby doesn't require you to trash a card, so could be worth messing with.
@@Vvulfrik Yea cus I been runing it on Zoro and RB Sabo and when the YR Sabo came I had it on my deck since day one and still do cuz I love the art and it doesn’t require trash sure it’s no counter and 1k less but it works the same plus I wanna get the full art from PB01 cuz Koby blocker is my staple card
@@onepiecetcgirl3677 Well yes, you have a very recognizable voice. And I love your Yu-Gi-Oh! content-great deck profiles, you're always on point and present on the events, and the decks you build along with the advice you give in general are fantastic. I hope this channel can become just as successful! Congratulations again. Keep it up!
