As the young people say, the lovely Kim wanted to turn up. Gotta make sure you include food & water to make it thru the day. I've been to Nachi Cocum, more chill than the others.
Lol! Yes she did! I had to remind her it is a long day. Gotta pace yourself! We haven't tried Nachi Cocum yet. It is on the list. We also have to try Mr Sancho's, but i have a feeling that will be to loud for me. Hey thanks so much for watching and commenting!
Never been to either but Paradise Beach looks much better than Mr. Sancho's. We've never just done a beach day in Cozumel. Love that drone footage! Thanks for posting!
We haven't tried Mr Sancho's yet either. We have to give it at least one try! My new little drone is so cool. There is no control. Just set it to follow and it launches right from my hand. Thanks so much for watching and commenting Scott!
Drunk Kim is cute. Where did you get that bathing suit? It’s Eva, Brian’s wife. Hey guys, we went to Cozumel back in February but went onto Tulum. I know how popular this place is though!
We haven't done Tulum yet! Paradise Beach was a nice change of pace for an excursion for us. I think i found out it's nice to just relax lol! Thanks so much for watching!
Paradise beach in the water is rocky, so if your pool people I can see you like it. Food there is very good, but there's only waiter service, so if it gets busy you may wait for service as there's no buffet. Showers and bathrooms are very clean.
We didn't get in the ocean water except for off the pier. Didn't realize it was rocky! It wasn't super busy so we didn't really have any long waits for drinks or food, but i could see that being a problem! Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
@seatrippinwkimandscott of course yall are becoming my favorite! Also, Kim reminds of my wife. I have to be the bad husband to be like no. No more drinks eat something I was cracking up!
That was so much fun! Oh how the tides have turned on you Scott :). About a year ago Eva and I were in Cozumel but the day before I got so sunburned in Roatan that I couldn't walk so she went by herself. She said it was so incredible and now I'm even more jealous. I've kind of sworn off western Caribbean but maybe I need to give it another chance. Loved the drone shots too.
Lol! You definitely need to go back to Roatan! That is one of our favorite stops! With my fair skin it only takes about 10 minutes to get burned if I am not wearing my hat! That stinks that you missed a whole day due to sunburn. The new drone is cool. Just a little thing that launches from my hand.
Might wanna find another clamshell!😂 Never cruised on Valor or Liberty. We were on Glory when it was in NOLA. Loved cruising from there. Thanks for posting!
We did keep moving and found some different chairs. Was scared of that clamshell! We really like cruising out of NO too. Pretty easy. Lots of scenery on sailaway for quite a while. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
BARRACHINA is an awful tourist trap for gullible tourists. They have lied about being the birthplace of the piña colada for decades. Their version is just a machine made slush. The drink actually originated at the Caribe Hilton hotel.
Lol! It is definitely a bit of a tourist trap, but then again most stuff right in port areas is. We will check out the Caribe Hilton on our next stop at San Juan! Thanks for the info and thanks so much for watching and commenting!
Seemed like you guys went on princess and expected royal caribbean or carnival. Princess is completely different than those for a reason. Just my observation from watching your videos.
We went on not knowing really what to expect. We watched videos on the Caribbean Princess before we sailed to try and get an idea. We are down to try all the different cruise lines! The only thing I think I was really expecting was for it to be a little more upscale than it was. I think our video came off a little more negative than what we really felt. We had a great time! We want to try Princess again, but try a different ship. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
Well... when two people love each other and his back isn't hurting and her knees aren't sore and they haven't been to dinner yet and eaten too much so they feel all bloated or drank too much or the room isn't too hot or too cold or too humid and he hasn't said anything lately to annoy her and she hasn't put on her face cream yet and the moon is waning gibbous and the zephyr is gently fluttering her hair... well... sometimes a bra is bound to pop off!
Hey not every ship is for everyone. We really enjoy the big ships, but every once in a while it is nice to come back to the smaller ships! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Bit harsh with your negatives...you cant say that a lack of water slides is a negative, surely you look at the ship when you book, and see what facilities and amenities there are...Princess ships are not that type of ship...as for the buffet and food in general, all cruise lines have seen the quality of food decrease since COVID, but Princess has a fantastic buffet with many choices, and good quality food, breakfast is a hard thing to get right, as items dont hold well when cooked, but i thought the selection was really good...did you eat in the crown grill? amazing steaks in there...MDR...well they are not great on any cruise anymore...deck food, pizza etc...fabulous...I never experiences issues with getting a drink and certainly not 45 minutes, maybe 5 at most, if you are in the casino, drinks literally in a few moments...entertainment? again all lines have severely reduced expenditure and rely on solo performers in the main theatres, so it does get a bit tiresome and dated...production shows drag on year after year and dont inspire return visits, but overall there is something going on from early morning to late night and i think that Princess really try hard to entertain, i have only had a better experience since the pandemic on a British cruise line called Ambassador...my negatives would be smoking in the casino, although for some of course its a positive, the generally few children running around, and the really poor karaoke song list...still each to their own and i really love Princess...cruising is many things to many people....happy cruising everyone lets stay positive
Thanks for your post! I hope our video didn't come off as totally negative on the Caribbean Princess. It wasn't our favorite cruise ship, but we still had a great cruise! You are so right on the buffets. The quality and selection has really gone down cruise industry wide. If you watch any of our other review videos you will hear me "whine" about the buffet of whatever ship we are on. lol! As for entertainment I think we got a little bit spoiled after seeing the entertainment and shows on the new Royal ships. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
@@seatrippinwkimandscott it was a good video and as I said everybody has a different view of individual cruise lines, ships, itineraries etc...i will watch your other posts...best wishes Andy xx
We've been on deck 2 before but never 1. Was that the Hampton Inn Convention Center? Do they have a park and cruise package? We were on Glory when it was in NOLA in 2022. We'd like to go on Valor too. Embarkation is exciting then exhausting. Hope y'all slept well! Thanks for posting!
Yep we stayed at the Hampton Inn Convention Center and we used their park and cruise package. It has been our favorite pre cruise hotel so far! We will have a review coming in the future. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
Great vlog. 0:19 Eva is convinced y'all wear colored contacts. That room is... interesting. A twin is tricky but not a show stopper ;). Whatever it takes for more cruising! Thanks for the smiles, the end was great. "We're so dumb", maybe, but it WAS funny!
Lol...no contacts here! The lighting plays a big part in how blue they look, and the editing software can affect it sometimes...we even noticed that my teeth looked blue! We were too lazy to go back and try to fix it!🤣Scott did fine in that small bed...didn't fall out once!😂 We thought the end was funny too, we had no idea what each other was gonna say! I said "you're so dumb", as in Scott is dumb...Lol!
This was the last ship I cruised on, in Aug of last year. 1. It was the earliest I've eve been to the cruise terminal, 11:30. 2. I agree, Eagles was a nice-sized venue. Wide variety of activities there. 3. Sat out on the deck and watched the ship sail down the river for 30 minutes. Would've stayed longer but it was too hot outside. Did the theater ever fill up when you went? On my cruise, it never filled up and the most attended event I saw there was adult comedy on the last night.
We always get Early boarding times. We want to squeeze every minute or of our cruise. And we are usually up anyway. We didn't watch much of sailing down the river either. But that had more to do with my short attention span. Lol! The theater never filled up. Same for us, the last night was the fullest it got. Thanks so much for watching!
