If you fail to live like there's no tomorrow, and then you unexpectedly die, you won't be alive to regret your decision. On the other hand, if you live like there's no tomorrow, and therefore fail to do the hard things necessary to plan for your future, you will be alive to regret it . Therefore it seems to me like living as if there will be many tomorrows is the wiser choice
You've made no connection regarding God and the Constitution. The Constitution says 'the government shall make no law with regards to religion'. Not for it and not against it. I will not have your imaginary friend as an Authority Figure. You may believe in whatever you want but keep your creepy little religious values out of OUR government. The highest court in the land does not make laws, it judges them. So the SCOTUS is not going to make your wet dreams come true by pronouncing a "God" to be the ultimate authority. Now you have a comment.
Good Morning, I apologize for only getting around to this comment now. You are clearly an angry person, but perhaps you have reason to be so upset. What in this video brought such emotional intensity to the surface of your thinking mind?
@@pHRC Your arrogant assertion of a God and his "Authority" over me in any way is ridiculous. The Constitution was written 70 or so years before Darwin's Origin of Species. The reason God was not explicitly defined in our Constitution, even back then, is because there was no consensus on which God and his Laws to Obey. People were fleeing Europe for many reasons but one predominant one was Religious Persecution so the Constitution says We have the right to follow our own belief or lack thereof. Period. Many times Laws have been brought in front of SCOTUS to make Christianity our State Sanctioned Religion and every time SCOTUS shot them down. So Your God is NOT part of our Constitution and has NO Authority over Us. Project 2025 is behind any anger and resentment you may be detecting and as a veteran I will fight to the death for my rights not to live under the Dogmatic Boot of any Religion. Religions Divide Us and that is dangerous. If you want to pretend to talk to God, You do it in your own home or Church and You leave me and the rest of our people out of it. It's been asked "What will it take for me to convince you of God's existence?" It will take God himself to come here and make himself known. I will not accept the Word of God from another mortal man who does not understand the difference between the verbs "To Know" and "To Believe". 5,000 years of written history and not once has a God ever been proven to be real. The idea comes from the superstitions of very uninformed minds of the past. We don't use leeches to heal people anymore either so get over yourself. Did that answer your question? Don't take another year to respond.
@@pHRC It's funny that I replied to your comment 2 days ago but for some reason it's not here. It was clean and factual so I don't quite get it. There have been many attempts to make Christianity the religion of the US to SCOTUS but they have outright denied it because it is Unconstitutional. Your God does not exist and has No Authority so You get over it.
