Appreciate the insight. Being apologetic about the religious nature of these activities seems unnecessary. Religion means connecting with and living in relation to the Infinite One. If what yoga teaches has nothing to do with that, then there's no point in becoming a better businessman or family man. Our capacity to connect with Infinity - and to help others do the same - is what it means to be a human being and a community.
Difficult times are the response to our progress. Intuition sees into the future and bypasses the difficulties on the path of life. Communities and nature assist in this.
Please don't use the name "ya...ho..." It's not appropriate in any context, eccept reading it in the Bible. Do not put it as an idea of "new age." We don't really have any idea or knowledge about Him, unless you learn Kabala, the secret facet of the Bible, and even than you can only perceive something about his actions and names.
