I can grow a goatee but not a full beard. Along the sides its pretty sparse. People always ask if I am Japanese or Mongolian and I'm like I'm Southern Chinese.
Just a question: So the Copenhagen Grooming kit is sufficient for helping Asians to grow beard. And the other accessories are optional? Is that correct?
I really envy guys that can use an electric shaver to shave their facial hair and look clean shaven . If I use an electric shaver on my face I still look grimy af , have to use a razor every time 🙄

I hope you continue making more videos, concerning me I'm a full blood asian dude who's growing a sparse beard and it's starting to come on nicely, I'm looking to do the same routine for growing beard as this well known utuber u might've heard of (MPMD) which delves into use of castor oil & minoxidil, an asian caring of his facial hair is a journey in of itself, god bless u brother stay safe.
came across this vid cos im interested in getting a full beard during all this COVID so i can stop looking like a child despite knocking on 40...i mean its nice to look young but i feel 60 cos i have bad health conditions and bit tired of getting ID checked at my age in a pub in uk/hk lol. anyway great video hope i can get a nice beard like yours ^.^
Thank you Ross, I grew mine out for the first time (No Shave November) and I can finally have some respectable volume of facial hair at the age of 30. So this is the first time I needed to groom as I was thinking of keeping it! Had no idea until I watched this video. Lifesaver.
Why don’t you guys try a more natural oil such as castor oil ? My boyfriend (asian) tried many other oils but he found castor oil works best. This article explains how: sowourplanet.com/castor-oil-beard-growth/ Castor seed is very rich in omega-6 and omega-9 (ricinoleic) fatty acids. So applying castor oil in combination with a diet rich in plant oils (nuts and seeds) will yield the best results. :)
Great and helpful follow up video. Just managed to get the last Ted Baker cologne from Amazon. How do you find how long tbe scent lasts? Alot of the reviewer are saying it doesn't last at all like only a 10-15minutes. Does the scent last through tbe day? Anyway will give it a try.
I personally like it quite a bit . I use it only On my clothes when I wear it because if you put it directly on the skin it does go away quite quickly . I hope that helps :)

Yeah goatee is usually the best for Asians. Best paired with age, after 35 imo, cuz our faces don't mature as fast as westerners. If too much effort went to growing beard before age 30 it'll just look out of place and forced. Like a boy having beard.
