yeah ⚽ lets roll together. Thanks for being a cultural ambassador ! connecting artists to create contributions to the Summit. Let’s roll with the Co-facilitators of the preparatory process of the Summit of the Future, H.E. Ms. Antje Leendertse, Permanent Representative of Germany to the United Nations and H.E. Mr. Neville Gertze, Permanent Representative of Namibia to the United Nations:
The ending made me cry 😢 One of my favorite Lauryn Hill songs is Zion ❤ it’s beautiful to see the kid you grew up singing about grow up to such a handsome young man. We’re so proud of you Lauryn and what you chosen not to perform. May God continue to bless you and your beautiful family ❤❤❤❤💯
Wow, beautiful and very true. In my city, Amsterdam, the artists create the value, by making neighbourhoods liveable and fun. Then people want to live there and the project developers come in and make the money, together with the builders and contractors. The artist life style often creates not directly reciprocal profits. Ten bad painters may not sell one painting yet increase value of a street multifold by just being there. Yet our society only sees direct results as valid, and thus loses, soul, spirit and play.
We are at the footsteps of a revolution in art and media! No more having to beg the gatekeepers. I vibe with this so damn much. The amount of unlocked creativity Ive see. in the last few weeks has been awe inspiring. I honestly could watch these films all day and (almost) never go to the theatres again.
Ai is an incredible tool for artists and also activists. I know there are a lot of ethical concerns but it's ability to democratize access to storytelling on this level to those who don't have or want a foot in the door to the exclusive worlds of Hollywood or sustainability institutions is fricking mind-blowing
@@lisarussell3741 there is so much good that can come from this. I know that these tools will disrupt the old system which I'm more than happy to see go down given how predatory Hollywood is. Been talking to some people online and the amount of scripts that never got made because a person didn't have funding is astounding. It also warms my heart to see people now able to visualize those ideas and share them with everyone.
Exactly! I have a feature script that placed in the Academy Nicholl Screenwriting contest and many other top tier festival and I'm in the same boat. Thought about making an AI trailer to get people's attention.
Nice work! I low key enjoyed the voice over work as well (which I suspect was actually you and not AI). I'm not much of a fan of historical documentaries but they way you presented it , the music and the imagery is very compelling.
Thank you so much. Actually it wasn't my voice. I recorded the original audio but then used an AI voice to cover it so it sounded more original. Appreciate you watching.
@@LisaRussellCreate2030 that makes sense as well. I've done something like that before as well to emphasize tone and do some pseudo VA work. Got me thinking about learning proper VA techniques for my solo projects. Amazing times we live in!
@@zabiisuto Yeah I love the ability to expand my vision instead of being confined to real life in docs. I'm about to release a new AI poetry short film taking on the ad industry related to sustainability. Hope you check it out and let me know what you think.
I am doing my part while at the same time advocating for policy change that will keep the corporations that are primarily responsible to adapt their practices.
Do you recommend this for intermediate-advanced artists, or should beginner/novices try? I just got back into creating during the pandemic. Not with much direction but for the love and fun of it as of now.
