Unfortunately Renner taints this podcast. I am going to listen for the hopefully hearing all the information all in one timeline but I have to take everything here with a grain of salt because you guys threw a variable in it so the outcome is going to be different no matter what. Sucks but it is your podcast.

All other accounts seem to clearly state that the victims vehicle could not be seen from Butch's residence, but oddly, Karen states otherwise. Karen clearly states that the victims vehicle did not appear to have been in an accident to her but appeared to be parked on the wrong side of the road. Then why on earth would she have felt compelled to offer assistance? And if Karen truly felt the need to offer assistance, then why would she choose to drive past the said vehicle & only stop some distance away down the road outside the Butch residence?
It makes me wonder if he did something to her and then had either a friend or girlfriend pose as her on the train to make it appear as if she had run off.
Ok. I’m confused by the parking lot ordeal. I’ve hiked these trails. There’s only one parking lot to Clingmons dome & Forney ridge & that’s Collin’s gap parking lot. It’s one big parking lot. The bus would have had to been in the same parking lot where the dogs tracked her scent back to it, but from the tower that time. That whole trail to & from Andrew’s bald is a drop off on one side & a steep rocky hill on the other side. The only level spots are closer to Andrew’s bald. Unless she turned around & then turned to the right.
My grandmother’s name was pronounced Etta Riel (Real). It’s interesting there’s an “expert” but nobody’s ever reached out to my mother, Alma’s (Etta’s out of wedlock child) children. My mother, Alma, died 18 years ago in my home after an 18 month battle with esophageal cancer. However, she died knowing that Henry Sawin was her biological father. You see, when my Aunt Alice, who raised my mother, was living the end of her life with my mom in Franklin, MA my husband, Paul Carlucci had just graduated from law school. Aunt Alice was infuriated when she saw an announcement in a Sunday Worcester paper of Henry and Evelyn Sawin’s anniversary. She asked Paul what he could do to find out the truth about Etta’s disappearance and my mother’s paternal background. After looking into it, he found the case was never closed. He had Henry Sawin subpoenaed for DNA. The results came back that he was 99.9 % her biological father. My mother never asked for anything. However, Henry quickly moved monies around just in case. He pulled strings to have the case removed from Worcester and tried to have it dismissed because my mother was an adult. But…through diligence, my husband was involved in the writing g of a new law that age doesn’t mean one is not a child of someone. Like you, for instance, are a child of your parents. I have every single original article my Aunt Alice put in a scrap book re Etta’s disappearance. I have every single affidavit, memorandum of law and findings from my mom’s case. It is a fascinating story. I also have a copy of the only heartfelt letter my mother received from Paul Sawin, her biological brother, that showed kindness towards her. She did nothing wrong. She was a baby and an orphan ad a result of Etta’s disappearance. Robyn Carlucci
So an intruder actually went into the house, murdered Johnbennet. Hung around inside the house. Wrote a letter with pad and paper from inside the house. In addition, he left the child in the basement and put a blanket/ robe on her. He left his DNA on the child's nails on other areas, but he didn't take the child. Hmmmmmmmm...
God, please help this couple and their pup find their way home safely. If that's not possible, God please hold all 3 tightly in your loving arms, in Jesus' name! Amen.🙏🏻
I remember being that age, vividly. I'm 36 now. You would think in your early 20's you wouldn't feel the need to start over with anything because your life is just beginning. However, I remember painfully navigating through those seasons of my life… still do. And that feeling of not having support from anyone, and not knowing where to start can be even more painful. But first, it starts with having a strong urge to be completely disappear from social media. Then making yourself less accessible to friends you are outgrowing, at odds with, not wanting to no longer feel the pressure of living up to a certain expectation and cutting off so-called family. This comes from dealing with the ways of the world, getting burned out with people, and the hustle & bustle of everyday life can make you want to go to a land far-far away, and just live a peaceful life like a Hobbit, in a hidden oasis home off the grid somewhere. I know these situations are very eerie, on the outside looking in especially to the individuals who's never experienced this feeling. But the truth is, it's common and happens to people more than you could imagine. All I can say is, if Phoenix truly left on her own accord, I pray she's found her way in life and was able to obtain the peace she was searching for.
Whoever the guy is who acts like he knows everything. Is not the great man i thought he was. I can Debunk 25% of the nonsense he is saying. Notice he never has any evidence. Its entirely his opinion . Nothing is based on facts here.
