Thanks for checking out the video even if it's not your cup of tea. This was his final performance at the Whisky w/ Lynch Mob...glad I was able to make it.
George Lynch is a beast, and one of my favorite all-time players. Having said that, there’s way too much wanking off going on. Too many shred leads going on while the vocalist is singing, instead of playing his awesome rhythm guitar parts. His playing on the studio version is much more melodic and focused. Just my opinion.
Mr. Scary....back around 1990 I went to a music store on Claremont mesa blvd. in San Diego...and he rolls up in a rented 70's white limo...it was mid day and only about 5 people there...I was a long haired Heavy Metal head...and asked him to sign 666 on my hand....he DECLINED....saying he wasn't really about that....which I respected...and could really of cared less about the number 666 ....just wanted to see how SCARY he really was....but yea I saw Dokken in San Diego and Love there Music....and Lynch Mob..George is a Great Guy!
What an awesome story@@jeffreyrussell3012 !!! I remember seeing a Lynch Mob concert advertised for some club up on Claremont Mesa back in '92 I think. I couldn't make it to the show at the time since I was in the Navy, but man I wish u could've. Thanks for checking out my video & sharing a cool story! 🤘🏻
Honestly this is the more comfortable and free I have seen George play in a long long time. He really seems to have found a personal ease for himself finally, and thats a wonderful thing. Cool tune, sounds great, happy to see the mature players still out there rippin it up. \\m// \\m//
Good to hear them do song off the 2nd Lynch Mob album. That album gets overlooked for some reason .I like Robert Mason vocals on that album. The songs are great , he also used to play a PRS for certain songs way back on that tour
Oh man, sounds like a bar band cover with a really good guitarist wearing bum shorts like Hagar. Cmon George make an effort man. And the vocals are forgettable. Who is that ? I know, I know, I’m just getting so jaded on these tired performances.
I met George in Shreveport by chance. Very cool guy and mellow. I didn't ask for an autograph but he fave me a pick from his pocket. Still have it in my guitar case. Very cool bloke he was!
That's awesome! I enjoy hearing those personal stories like that! 🤘🏻 That's a pretty special pick you have! Thanks for checking out my video & I appreciate your story!
I'm a big Dokken and George Lynch fan. George is awesome. But i really wish George would play the songs to match the originals. He always goes off in a different direction every time these days.
Hey Carlos... same here buddy, I've been a big fan of both too. I just try to enjoy being present in the moment when I have the opportunity to see him play Live. I appreciate you checking out my video.
