Thank you. 1/2 C water in instant pot, insert rack, put room temperature eggs on the rack. Close & lock lid. Cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 4 minutes. Quickly release the pressure when timer goes off. Remove the lid, place cooked eggs in ice bath and leave them for 4-5 minutes.

I've just made a pot roast with you helping me... delicious! Thank you! Sadly, I forgot to deglaze the pot after the sauteing and before the pressure cooking so I got the 'burn' sign but I sorted it out and all worked out very well...♥️

Video too long, points can be summarized for viewers who don't have a time to linger, so much beating around the bush. Wine is mentioned multiple times.

Agree, and wine is a big no for me since it's so bloating inducing and swelling

But if you bring your syrup to a boil after adding in the honey, you have then killed off the medicinal benefits of the honey!

Don't know how I lived without this for so long! I make dog food for 2 of our dogs ru-vid.comUgkxG-7WiT7ocumjytOpHDFt632PL0pxXRAg (we have 5!) and it is so much quicker in this. Love having the inner pot stainless so I can use my immersion blender right in it without worrying about scratching. It makes potatoes great and fast! Still working on the vegetables, first time came out great, second time I did different ones and they were a little too mushy. Just need to adjust the time. I highly recommend this pot!!!

Great video, like your experimental style. I've only used my InstantPot several time and always found I had to increase cook times of recipes I found online.

I don't know what can go wrong with an Instant Pot but mine, after 6 years messed up everything. It undercooked everything. Hard boiled eggs 5-5-5 came out soft boiled. Runny yolk and impossible to peel. Chuck roast at 20-25 min per pound still came out tough (undercooked), and so on. I finally went on Amazon and bought a new one, same model (Duo). Everything cooks as intended. With the old one replaced gasket with new, cleaned valves, etc. No dice. Came to pressure but would not cook the food as intended. Worked fine first few years. The lid when locked, seemed to jiggle more than with the new one which fits more solid when locked.

I was told to let the pressure naturally release for 15 mins after cooking time . Do you find that’s better ?

Thank you for sharing your personal experience with eating food at the park during your stay. Since going gluten free the stress of figuring out food has been a major drawback when traveling. I'm so happy to hear that WDW is so accommodating. I look forward to using your tips and advice when I go there in a few weeks. Thank you, thank you!

Thank you for going into so much detail. We are planning our trip for this May. We have 2 gluten free people and one vegan. I’m hoping all goes well because one of our gluten intolerant family members is very sensitive.

I really enjoyed this recipe video! Thanks for sharing. I happened upon your channel because I was curious about the SCD diet. I am on the GAPS diet. It sounds like maybe you haven't heard of that one? It is similar to the SCD diet, paleo and AIP. Seems like a lot of overlap. But the goal is to heal the gut completely and then within 2 years, not have flare ups anymore and be ok following a westonbprice diet or something similar, nourishing traditions etc 80% or 90 of the time and be fine! Goal is completely healing gut and therefore no more symptoms. It is based on the book Gut and Psychology syndrome: natural treatment for autism, duspraxua, add, adhd, depand schizophrenia. She wrote another about physiology, so allergies, fibromyalgia, migraines etc and another about vegetarianism and another about the war on cholesterol. Dr. Natasha Campbell mcbride. Highly recommend this to anyone watching! I gave been gluten free for years, then I did sibo diet, candida diet etc and finally I can feel that this is THE ONE that will heal me for real. I know because the book is amazingly detailed about why gluten free or SCD might not be good enough, but also, I wake up in the mornings and feel like my body has healed some, every day! And my skin looks like it's showing this too. My stomach is quiet. No more stomach aches. Highly recommend this!! I've lost 10 lbs doing it too. For context, I have lyme disease, history of candida, sibo, mast cell activation syndrome, CIRS or mold biotoxin illness (chronic inflammatory response syndrome) and history of 40 food allergies, skin problems, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia. I can feel Everything getting better! Highly recommend everyone check this out. Dr. Natasha claims she cured her son of autism through the diet. It sounds a lot like the diets you're describing, just a little bit further, like bone broth and fermented foods. Check it out! Thanks for your video Elizabeth and all the work you do on this channel!
