One question, do you need to scan your tickets even if you have an express pass for 4 rides to get into the Harry Potter world and the Super Nintendo world(for timed entry)?

No hahaha. That’s how social media works. It’s not limited to just the people around you or what country you live in. These platforms try to push content to users all over the world. If you’re making something someone is searching for, doesn’t matter where they live, they can get it 🙂
As someone who just went this summer, last week. If you can, GO WHEN ITS WINTER MONTHS. (This also applies if you wanna go to DisneySea/DisneyLand) it was SO DAMN HOT. 35c when I went, but the UV level and the Humidity and the lack of cool wind, made it feel like 45c !!!
