Bryan Acheampong says Rock City is a separate entity yet threatening Okudzeto Ablakwa on live radio 📻 is hilarious, sad and pitiful. “We’re going to play on the turf of politics”
Brian Akyempong keeps trying to distance himself from Rockcity but he finally slipped and said "We" ....referring to RockCity. we all know what the book says about a company as an entity on it's own. But you cannot distance yourself from the reality that you own it and is a minister of state.Another arrogant man because he thinks he has money, who even watched his vetting for his ministerial position?
A nurse I know tells me that the allowances for nurses and midwives have not been paid for about 10 months. So which category are owed 2 months and which ones are owed 5 and 10 respectively. Why do some receive their allowances while others don’t? And why do the even go into arrears knowing that these people feed on the allowances. Why is Ghana doing this to its own citizens? What’s all this?
Our academics are partly our problem. They play the safe road avoiding the hard truth, avoid calling out our erring leaders about our own predicament, and about their thieving and reckless behaviors in leadership!. The looting Prof Aning cited about Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger are happening right under OUR NOSE, UNDER this Nana Addo's npp govt.. if not how did we get into a domestic debt exchange program? HOW DID WE BECOME SUDDENLY BANKRUPT?.. where did all the billions of eurobond loans go? where are the billions of dollars from thr IMF /WB to manage the covid 19 gone to? And where has all the hundreds of billions of Ghanaian's tax payers monies disappeared to? MUCH OF These monies has obviously been LOOTED BY THIS NPP GOVERNMENT and NOTHING FROM THE TRUTH. AND OUR ACADEMICS ARE JUST DANCING AROUND unable to call SPADE A SPADE.! DURING THOSE DAYS IN THE 1980'S PAV ANSAH in Legon WAS VERY BLUNT WITH HIS THOUGHTS, ATTACKING THE RAWLINGS ADM FOR WRONG DOING, DURING ATTA MILLS AND MAHAMA DAYS MUCH OF THE PRESS WERE BLUNT BUT NOW THE VERY INSTITUTION THAT USED TO BE BLUNT ARE NOW DANCING AROUND TALKING ABOUT SOME PERCEPTION PERCEPTION!! IF ITS BEEN JUST PERCEPTION AS THESE ACADEMICS ALWAYS CLEVERLY AVOID THE ISSUE CLAIM, WHY THEN ARE THINGS SO BAD? ONCE IT IS UNDER NANA ADDO IT IS PERCEPTION WHY THIS STINKING HYPOCRICY BY OUR ACADEMICS??. THE EXCEPTION IS SURELY OUR HONORABLE RETIRED COL. FESTUS ABOAGYE WHO IN HIS USUAL BLUNTNESS HAS CONSISTENTLY BEEN BLUNT WITH THE TRUTH ABOUT OUR REALITIES.?
The election is near, why should IMF approved such loan? They already loaded their rooms with huge sums of Dollars , the IMF leaders too are helping the crime increase in our country.
On the day of the Occupy Julorbi House you guys were discussing food on your program. Lmaooo. You think if CNN didnt push them they wont get attention? Lmaoo
Ghanaians should not think that hon Okudjeto Ablakwa and his ndc people are fighting for the prez to stop selling state properties ooo but they are going for demo for their political gains. They have nothing good to offer us
I sometimes don't understand hon Okudjeto Ablakwa what is wrong in selling state property to Ghanaians? I don't see any tangible reason for their demo against prez Akuffo Addo
Kwabena Minta you're a fool. Have you forgotten your gov't promised 200 e-blocks, how many of them did you finish before leaving office? If I am to go by what you're saying it means mahama wasn't thinking then?
Hypocrite and dumb minority of Ghana's parliament... You're questioning source of funding and same time saying if it were you you would done the project 24 hours, how many years has NDC being in power, was the road not there?..What did you do about it?
The area has to be planned and rebuild, move afar from water bodies, else it will be the same old story. Since we go for loans to construct roads. The government should consider to do the same, go for loans and construct houses for the citizens for free and pay the loan later or rent it to the citizens about ghc100 a month depending on the number of rooms. Because Most people can’t afford to build decent housing and don’t mind living in filthy environments. The government should consider various options to make the country clean, beautiful and affordable place to live.
It's becoming obvious that the real estate sector in Ghana is in a bubble and it seems this bubble is about to burst. People can charge whatever they like but there is an economic factor of Supply and Demand and it will very soon become unaffordable so most these companies will be forced to close or relocate then reducing demand and then prices will come down to what is sustainable
And the Government is watching till the whole Graphic road chokes and disappears. Is AMA working or just useless?. Does she knows her job or just a dancing fiery? .
Accra planning... so when they were sacked why didn't they provide a place for them.... the we need an industrial park at various points in accra.... one at taifa domi, osu teshie nungua and another awoshie, gbawe mallam... these site would serve small Scale industries.... poor planning..
