To be honest, it wasn't just the steroids that got Shadow sacked. It was him using cocaine and getting caught in a club using. He was using cocaine and crack cocaine for years. Most of the male gladiators were doing steroids on the show. Warrior was still using steroids for years on the show, until he got the sack for a corruption scandal.

I remember she left my school in Manchester way back in 92 and from there I guess she joined your school for the last 30 years. She was an awesome teacher and absolutely brilliant at gymnastics. It's good to hear she retired last june she must be mid 60s if anything? I remember her 28th birthday at school in 92 so going off that plus a bit. Do you know if she was married to the guy this clip? He was also a gym teacher Mr Gary Wilkinson or Wilson? They was both nice people 👍🏻. 🙂

After all these years out of school I still remember the laughs she had with us during comic relief day and stuff. On the day she did gladiators me and some friends was at my parents watching it 👍🏻. Are you sure Fash was the one doing commentary, because to my knowledge, he never did commentary for his version of "Gladiators". It must have been John Sachs, who was the regular commentator for British Gladiators, and was joined by Adamle for the first IG.
Went walking all around the outside of the NIA today, seeing most of the places on this video - Walked across the bridge behind Shadow. I just wish they brought this show back, my girlfriend lives about 2 miles from where it was filmed and I'd probably go and see it every single time
