Hey can you give tutorial of Billie Eilish's recent post where the subject is darkened and flames are focused particularly. I tried to do it but couldn't do perfectly. And yes, show the tutorial in snapseed.

Not working for me too after I changed my mobile, only works expanding proportionally on all sides. There is no solution unless there is a bug update (probably never)

Thank you! Only few features like Masking filters, Blur tool require subscription. Most of the tools are free to use including color grading ones like the ones used in the video.
I have never heard such a long video but it was so much in detail and so much knowledge thank you so much for making such an amazing video I totally love it I might not become a master like you but I have learned a lot and I will keep trying to achieve 50% of your skill set for my Instagram
