great looking watch, maybe it would be good to mention that the hands still need to be aligned with each other even if there is no date. love the videos! keep up the brilliant work.
The video and instructions were good, but your hands are severely misaligned. your watch will never show a full hour, like 12:00 - 18:00 and so on. when you had it set at 12:00 the hour hand was between the 12 and 13 marker.
I’m going to follow this build, but I’ll use a different waffle dial. After being scammed a broken one, I thought I could build better. I also want to do your green palm datejust and an open heart nautilus. Looks amazing, great tutorials.
I just brought a modded seiko with an NH35. The dial moves when winding the watch, also the watch hands don’t move, I can’t set the time. Unscrewing the crown just makes the movement move around, it wiggles about a lot and screwing on the crown “tightens” the movement but makes the dial slanted. The stem is too short, but I’m not really sure how to fix it if I can’t get a refund. Does anyone know if they have a solution?
Defenetly a refund, the watch hands are not properly installed and are most likely for another movement, the dial holder ir propably missing or the case is not made for that kovement and the whole thing wiggles, thats a dissaster bro get ur money back
@@Osmaniwatches I’ve got a refund, sending the watch back in the morning. Thank you for your response. I’m going too watch more of your videos and create my own piece with the money I get back from the refund. I love modded seikos, your tutorials are by far the best on RU-vid.
Bro i need your help, when i placed the plastic thing at min 22:02 it didnt fit all the way in and i forced it in and after screwing the back on i saw that it moved the dial an mm to the right and now it sits too close to the date, should i take it out and file it down or will i be fine if i just remove it completley ?
U have to take it out to align it, but when u do it with a free hand going to 12 oclock where the date changes its a hit or miss and the date chages few minutes before or later always
Hey man great video!! I know you are buiilding watches but maybe you should provide measurements for the cases thickness, lug width, lug to lug for us to have a better idea on how these mods would fit our wrist too; also, some wrist shots under the sun would be nice it would show case your builds in a better way. I appreciate your effort mate, keep it up!!
I thought abt this but as far as i see its just effort put in for nothing, ppl dont even wana subscribe which is free just pressing a button, from 17k unique views not even 500 subscribe and so im thinking of not recording these videos anymore let alone put more effort in becouse i wanted to do that provide links share my sourcing factories for the parts etc but for what, i mean i dont get much from this so im not gona do these videos for a long time i guess
@@Osmaniwatches You gotta push through I found your channel by a random coincidence and I love how you show every part of the process even with builds where the materials are maybe not up to standard you make them work and you work your way around the problem. Your so close to your initial goal of 500 subs. Many of us appreciate the work you do mate, I have been motivated to start building my own pice unique watches. Maybe a ceramix rolex gmt can push you over the 500 sub mark 😁😁
@@alejandrorivera9401 i did several gmts datejust and a few nh38 builds but i didnt record them, i will think about it bro thanks for the nice words rly appreciate it
@@Osmaniwatches Shure! :) Ah... and i saw a small "mistake"... even if there is no date, the hour & minute should perfectly fit together on 12 o´clock. but all in all extremely nice video :)
I tried to connect with you on instagram for a custom build and you didn’t dm me back 🤦🏻♂️ I found another modder to build my grail tho so it worked out in the end 💪
amazing video everytime i watch those videos of you i learn more about it i hope you get to 500 subs soon because i need the parts of that stunning watch.
