Before I retired 5 years ago my wife always made me sandwiches for lunch. She makes perfect peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Proper peanut butter to jelly ratio, and even to the crust. Now I’d be happy if she made me two minute noodles, because I do nearly 100% of the cooking and baking. Granted I like doing it, but still. Oh, she retired five years ago too. Her work asked her to work 1-2 days a week remotely. Then five days remotely and going into the office for two day every two weeks as a casual worker. Then full time with benefits ect ect, and still going on every two weeks for two days. Her office is 3 1/2 hours from the home we bought when we retired.
At 12:46 the person putting the fishing pole in away in the care looks like they used strong to tie the two fishing pole halves together. Use rubber bands instead. Quick to use and reusable.
My kid learned housework, laundry, cooking and grocery shopping before he graduated high school. His dad also knew how but decided he didn't have to after we got married. Explains why he's an Ex.
If they’re teachers in America they do. My wife and daughter both are. But the chose to find different employment during the summer because they get bored.
11:55 That would be a *big* no from me. I’d tell him if I’m going to loan him money I *will* be telling my daughter. Secrets like this one always have a different reason behind them. That should have been a massive red flag for the mother considering she and her daughter already discussed this. She should abide by what her daughter says not the SIL.
And a mean narcissist at that. They aren't all, you know. Some are so fun and charming you almost don't mind getting used because you're having such a good time. Never ends well, though.
who in their inactive braincells edits these. at least the old soaps were properly edited even if they were designed for those who want to sleep their brains for a while. these ones are designed for the same purpose without the decen editing or proper voiceovers.
Nana's 2 cents; just because a woman pushes a child out of her too hoo-ha doesn't mean she owns said child as her personal & private property, forever. The very idea, that she thinks her grown kid owes her money , is disgusting! Women give birth every day, they don't think the child owes them! They let the adult child live & run their own life & money! Some mils must have come from Hell!
2 of the tropes they have in these stories that don't ring true to me is the daughter that chooses dad's mistress over her mom because mistress is beautiful and young. Why would daughter care about the attractiveness of dad's slam piece? Why wouldn't she be loyal to woman who fed her and helped her when she was sick etc. How does mistress's beauty help HER? The other is almost the same. The one like this story where daughter picks MONEY LESS mom's boyfriend over dad who has always given her money. I SORT OF can imagine the daughter picking a RICH stepdad over normal earning dad. Sure he could BUY her loyalty. But in these stories mom's boyfriend doesn't have money. The mom could want him even if he isn't rich if she's choosing him for his youth and good looks but again what's in it for the daughter. Character motivations should make sense.
