nope, a land/place that doesn’t belong to any country doesn’t make the land/place automatically a country, for a place to be recognised as a country, its needs to fill some criteria like a settled population, a defined territory, government and the ability to enter into relations with other states (copied from an ariticle*), so manipur was a princely state from (1891-1947), before that u can call it an independent sovereign kingdom. n yes im from manipur
