Follow me on Instagram @cookwithnikhatfatima Get some more tikka and fried chicken recipes at my RU-vid channel, link in bio ✨ Recipe details __ Curd 1/4 cup Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp Chilli flakes 1 Tsp Cumin powder 1 Tsp Coriander powder 1 Tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 Tbsp Lemon juice Mustard oil 2 Tbsp Garam masala powder 1 Tsp Boneless chicken 400 gm. Mix nicely all the spices, then add boneless & skinless chicken cubes. Coat well over the chicken then leave it to rest for 30 minutes minimum. Insert into skewers or leave as it is. Now preheat the air fryer and place these chicken sticks and air fry for 20 minutes at 190°. Pour some melted butter and serve with chutney, lemon and onion rings. Truly it comes out fabulous with charred effects, crunchy from outside, juicy and moist from inside. A must try recipe 🙌🏻
Follow for more @cookwithnikhatfatima INGREDIENTS & DETAILS ⬇️ STEP - 1 Chana dal 1/2 cup Arhar dal 1/2 cup Moong dal 1/2 cup Urad dal 1/4 cup Masoor dal 1/4 cup Dalia / broken wheat 1/4 cup Rice 1/2 cup Wash thoroughly all the lentils & soak for an hour. & then Boil with.. Salt 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric 1/4 Tbsp Garam masala 1/2 Tbsp Green chillies 4-5 Bay leaf 1 STEP - 2 Oil 1 & half cup Whole spices Onions 3 Mutton 1 kg Salt 1 Tbsp Turmeric 1/4 Tbsp Coriander powder 2 Tbsp Garam masala 2 Tbsp Chilli powder 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste 5 Tbsp Cook mutton until it becomes super tender then roast well. Transfer into a wok & mix boiled daal & adjust consistency with hot water. Mix together everything and slow cook for 15 minutes on a low heat. Turn off heat and add coriander leaves. Garnish with : Coriander leaves Green chillies Fried onions Lemon slices
