It seems Pycnogenol is similar to Ginko Biloba. I take a Standardised supplement which gas a combination of Pycnogenol and Ginkgo Biloba...this combination is even more potent and effective than either taken alone...but Pycnogenol by itself is a worthwhile supplement, make sure its a quality brand 👌
I began reading his books and following advice in early 90’s, what food to eat, water intake and exercise. Slowly added his supplements and vitamin c topical and face cream. WOW, what a difference it has made. I look at least 10 years younger than my age (most people think my age is early 40’s. I’m late 50’s!) All his wisdom way back in the 90’s is now appearing everywhere. He is a legend in the aging industry. It took way too long for this information he wrote about to make it to mainstream and for most doctors to implement for their patients. About 15 years ago I did this diet very strictly. I would have been in my mid-40s showing signs of aging. Did this for six months years ago. Lost every stitch of fat on my body and felt amazing. Got pregers with severe morning sickness and couldn’t tolerate the salmon.
