Pushing or pulling a sled is not very useful for hypertrophy. Obviously, this is not everyone's goals but if you're doing hypertrophy training, there are better ways to do cardio.
This! Make sure you have the proper balance as well, as that may be something else to ensure you have prior to doing this movement. There’s a variation you can try if it’s still too hard. Get a high chair against a wall and sit to stand from it with only one leg. play around and see what’s not too easy and not too hard. Then do this exercise with no weight, and add slowly. Hope that helps.
Thanks, you two! It looks like a great exercise for balance, which is something I need to work on. It reminds me of a balance exercise the PT gave me after I had a brain bleed, and looks like something that's relatively simple to do.
Oh you mean what I do at work six days a week for hours? Folks have to go to special place to farmer carry. Interesting and somehow weak looking on society. Yikes.
Dude I have not cut my hair for 6 months, when my hair is wet it does not look so bad, it is acceptable. The problem is when it dries, since I have quite curly hair, although it really is long, the curls make it look less than half of what it really is, and I don't know how to make the hair fall out and not stay up tangled. Any advice?
