I want to make these for a doll I am making. How do I know how big to make the arch? I see in the video she used a plate, but in real life, or in my case with a doll, what measurements would I use. I LOVE the design, and I understand the general construction of the beanie, I am just lost on what size I make the pattern. Please advise.
Width should be half the circumference of head.( measure around head one inch above ears), length should be same as measured length just above eyebrows to top of head to nap of neck.
