I'm surprised they would do anything for this customer. Copart is one of the absolute worst businesses I've ever dealt in every aspect. Their lack of accountability is incredible and it's all likely because they have a virtual monopoly on the salvage car sales market. Just don't deal with them, you'll 100% regret it......Unless you like brain damage
I bought a 2014 BMW 435 X Drive, which was sold as being Cat N 'MINOR DENTS/SCRATCHES' When the car was delivered my mechanic commented that the engine was running slightly off a cylinder, which at the time was thought to be a faulty injector. The car was parked until we had a slot to carry out repairs, we checked the compression, which was half what it should have been on one cylinder, we decided to dig deeper to try to resolve the problem, which turned out to be a bent connecting rod. This was obviously why the car was sold through Copart. When I approached copart about this problem their reply was ''TOUGH LUCK'' and I should have researched the car before bidding, but viewing is not allowed in Belfast Copart. I am preparing for a court case.
$4600 job. Am I right?. I got rear ended in my pristine 2017 krypton green 💚 Camaro.im heart broken . I still get compliments on it even with the driver side rear kind of smashed in. Now structurally it's all sound straight and arrow but it will need sweet butt on a machine to be pulled out a bit. A fram machine. Maybe. 2e will see. Great job. Killer work. I wish I could have it done by you.
Wow Vlad! What a project... not because it is too damaged... you have done lots of more complex stuff.... 991R and the GT2RS come to mind... but for that kind of vehicle. As you mentioned, you are the first youtube channel to repair a PorschA 992.1 GT3RS. I would appreciate if you geek out on this repair. Too little is know about the body of that beast. Are the front radiators mounted the same as in the 991.2GT3RS? Are you using the Piwis tester? Where are you getting the wiring diagrams from? What a project... I wish you could take that beast to the track and enjoy it properly as it was built to. A PorschA with purpose.
Hi Vlad - you guys and Andre's channel are so far ahead of the rest of the RU-vidrs rebuilding cars. The bulk of them are enthusiastic amateurs compared to you guys. Good luck!
