This is pretty much just like the Series on Disney Plus “Moon night” because in the series he has 2 people in one body. One has the day and the other has the night. But in Moon night he can give up his body and let the other person take over at any time when he gives up his body.
Wow. They just start killing their counterparts. Why not just collaborate with their doubles in order to take over the multiverse? And why would they leave the unattended mirror in the active position? On the other hand, collecting all that advanced technology was a good move.
The only thing that bugs me about this movie is how they operate the Yaeger. I'm sure research was done on realism and practicality but when these things are under attack the guys inside get banged around pretty good. Being suspended like that would be like not wearing a seat belt in an off road race.
Strange how they have a room dedicated to sparring but not one where you'd test drift compatibility BEFORE getting in to an armed jeager. Still, an immensely entertaining movie.
RESULTS? He was hired to test out the capabilities of this robot. It turns out, she is far more advanced than he thought. *NOTE EMPHASIZING THAT THE PRESENTED RESULT IS BETWEEN " " = OPPOSITE MEANING! "far more advanced" THAN ROBOT! :) = LIKE WHEN KID PLAYS WITH A TOY ROBOT = IT BRAKES HIM OUT DEFINETELY!
I understand both of their sides but Eva should have tried to hold out and follow the protocols. A virus this bad would have had every scientist in the world looking for a cure or vaccine. I mean think about how many were working on a treatment for COVID-19. This is even deadlier so of course there would be more. Some kind of treatment would probably happen eventually. Yes it would just be you and your husband. Yes you wouldn't feel the breeze/rain/snow/etc. outside. It's not much of a life but it's better than dying and there is still hope for a treatment. The more women that are lost the closer the human race gets to extinction. Dudes can't have babies and most guys aren't gay. Can you imagine the anger and violence something like this would cause?
Reminds me of the Robert A. Heinlein book "The White Plague". A scientist loses his wife and 2 daughters in a terrorist attack. He creates a virus that only kills women in revenge; but it runs out of control.
