Because of how disrespectful dhania is, I tried a hack that works in storing it. Fry onions in a bit of oil until golden brown, switch off the heat, add the dhania and let it cool. Freeze it as a flat "sheet" (or flat squares) then remove the pieces at the start of your cooking for it to thaw and add it at the end of your cooking. I find it retains the aromatic scent.
