Beach is always full of twigs. Heaven forbid if you try to wade through the water; you literally step on sharp branches and rocks. Not like a regular beach that's for sure.
From what I gathered from the video is if you already know what house you want pre-qualification is quicker but a risk if your debt to income ratio isn't where it needs to be
Pre-qualified means you're "eligible" for a mortgage loan, but not guaranteed the full price you're asking/need since it's a soft credit check and the lender haven't required/requested your proof-of-income, credit history, debt, etc. Pre-approval is "more guaranteed" because to get to this point, the lender takes a hard look at your whole credit history, your debt, your proof-of-income, and if you're actually able to afford the mortgage payments before they can offer you an amount.
I've lived in Burien now for 15 years. Video is great but you forgot to show all the homeless camps everywhere with their community members smoking Fentanyl out in the open air, the vehicles being stolen/broken into, the gang graffiti and all the gun violence that happens everyday. I couldn't be more proud to say I live in Burien (98166)
Streets are clean? i lived here all my life, streets use to be clean, thats for sure. Burien city hall enables the homeless addicts now, i dont recommended moving here until the problems we have are solved
STAY AWAY!! LIVED HERE SINCE 2006... WENT DOWNHILL THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS, HOMELESS EVERYWHERE YOU GO, IT'S DIRTY, LITTER EVERYWHERE, IT LOOKS LIKE SKID ROW. IT'S A SANCTUARY CITY SO YOU CAN ONLY IMAGINE! BURIEN PD DON'T DO ANYTHING IF SOMETHING HAPPENS, THEY ASK 50 QUESTIONS THAN SAY THAT THEY DIDN'T SEE IT HAPPEN. MOVE ELSE WHERE....
West Seattle, aside from Alki Beach, has an excellent "high street", namely "King Street", with great shops, major grocery store, restaurants, festivals, and easy access to churches, post office, public bus transportation.
Great video. I'm thinking of moving to Seattle and QA is kind of the top of my list and this was super helpful in showing what the neighborhood is like.
OK so... I grew up in Seattle in the 50's and 60's. My cousins lived in Ballard, we were on the go all summer. Woodland park and Green lake was our turf. Seattle was a great city back then
Hi, Thank for your great contribution on Seattle's housing market. In my eyes it would improve the video if you avoid to appear on 50% screen, (maybe in a small window 10% ) and enlarge the map's images.
Absolutely! It is stocked with trout year round - pick your spot around the lake where you want to cast, there's lots of space! wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/locations/lowland-lakes/green-lake-king
I was in Seattle 1995 , when worked in " All Alaskan seafoods" on f\v JUNO ....it was a wery good time ..Nice city in a best country ...Salute from ruSSia ...
Lived there for 3 years. The Alki neighborhood felt almost separated from Seattle (which was a good thing) but only a 10 minute car ride or 25 minute bike ride into downtown. Loved all the little restaurants, alki pho especially. I had to move to NC a couple of days after the shooting happened on the beach in 2017. Cool, peaceful little area of Seattle though.
