before watching your video I have watched three interviews with Peter Lijledahl and started reading his book. In your video you get the important things to the point. Well done !
If you think a little more about it. There is no short recipe that could make a detailed answer to this. There is only a rough guidance how to develop them: Find an everyday-situation that requires some math. If you know what the knowledge is that your students do HAVE. design the problem to extend a little bit beyond the knowledge they already have. And from this description you can see: There can not be a real good collection of problems / questions that fit to YOUR students of a specific class.
Nice recap. We were there. I thought it went smooth and was surprised it went under two hours. None of the speeches were too long, plus we like the seatbacks at Baxter Arena. Thanks to everyone who made it happen! Go Titans!
Thank you for posting this! I wasn’t able to attend this year. These moments gives me hope truly for our country and helps many of us veterans whose fellows are not here with us anymore. Much appreciated always!
Well deserved! You're a great teacher. I appreciate the extra time you spend helping my son. I don't know where you find it with 20+ kids but thank you!
Congratulations, Kris. You are one of the very BEST....a master teacher, valued co-worker and great friend. This award and recognition is so very deserved. Keep up the great work!
