Home to my ramblings on my various hobbies, and home to my new segments that front them: 21cc Rides and 21RC, showcasing motorbikes and radio control respectively. Videos put together without much prior preparation and me just winging it with all the production quality of an underground resistance movement. This is 21cc Films, where enthusiasm counts over £ spent on filming. Based in England, join me in my escapades of my various hobbies.
Feel free to like and comment, or even subscribe. You never know, this filming lark might take off. If you don't like, feel free to add some constructive criticism in the comments section or via PM and I'll give it a read, failing that, turn it off, like we did in the old days.
The stock shocks mounted to new 4 link brackets is effectively raising the truck. The axles are swung down and closer together. That might explain the discrepancy in the advertised wheelbase and what you got. Excellent video! I think I'm going to buy this kit. Thanks.
WOW, Really? Fun fact: You're not the 1st to come out with that very same inane comment. Would you like a sticker or something like what you get at the dentists when you're a child?
Had 1 years ago , got rid in 06 , no choice due to move but it broke my heart seeing it ride off😢. How many times have you done the stem seals ?? 😅 . But what a bike ❤ on the road it would eat the then notorious "Blade" alive . It,d be nice to find it , maybe your vids will make me .... 👍
Keep it, I've got one and love it, I've owned arguably much better bikes, 04 blade for one, in every way measurable the blade was better, but the big ace makes a better road bike, properly fast handles much better than it looks and stops on 10p. Mine won't be for sale any time soon.
great video love my ace im 62 thinking about getting higher bars the old back starting to get to me now was thinking about part x but just cant bring myself to let the bike go
Good video dude, I still have my mine and I don`t think I`ll be trading her time soon. Awesome bikes. Keep up the good work. Best wishes from the Lone Wolf in the lakes. 🕊
Migrated 91 FZR 1000 to 96 YZF 1000. I enjoyed the bike, very comfortable and would lift tghe front in 4th at 60mph+ Migrated to the 98 R1 and that, was that.
Had a FZR1000 exup, bought an 99r1 in all honesty, was disappointed with the R1. Exup pulled your arms out all the way to 180 and is more planted. Top bike.
I dont know what R1/Fzr1000 you drove, but i have both and the r1 is a scalpel and better in every way compared to the fzr1000 minus comfort due to rider position
I really enjoyed this and thank you for the thorough walk through. My clutch basket currently sounds like a bucket of rusty spanners so this has reassured me in getting it sorted...
I have ridden a Thunderace, great bikes! I own a YZF750R, my newest bike is a FZR600R, which I fitted Blue Spot calipers to, they make a big difference, so long as you fit the matching master cylinder.
@21ccFilms Thanks, the Foxeye lights look great, but with uprated bulbs, they produce an awesome light, too. 1993 YZF750R in Gunmetal Grey, Black and Purple. 1994 FZR600R in Black Cocktail Colours.
You're the only one to point out the acronym, it's never occurred to me in the nearly 13 years I've had it, lol. Yes, they do, but I've worked on a load that don't, and I hope keyless is a passing fad if I'm honest.
Hey Lionel. Good video, Awesome bike ~ 1002cc of Sublime Madness! Give the old girl a name, keep hold of her... Trust me, they`re worth holding on to. Keep up the great work. Best wishes from the Lone Wolf in the lakes. 🕊
Check out my Thunderace that I did several years ago, that would blow away R1 like they were mopeds, it had 1040cc, Yoshimura race cams, 5 seat cut head, 39 FCR Flatslides, K&N Oval filters, Vance & Hines Race Exhaust etc. studio.ru-vid.comWpZSgKL43O0/edit
Great content mate 👍 I've been debating about getting one of these for a while now. You may have swayed my decision! & the fact you can pick then up for £399 now, down from £499, is also a big factor. Thanks for the vid 🙂
I love the Big Brute! I love these Kyosho trucks! What I hate is that the availability of parts is very limited, the opposite of Tamiya, which has spare parts for its cars in any hobby store! (How are the transmission gears?) At what maximum speed can we run these cars so as not to damage their differential and transmission? Greetings
Hi. I'm glad you like the truck, and the vid hopefully. The gears are fine, I ballraced the gearbox after cleaning the gears. Regreased and use a machined steel pinion instead of brass or ali ones. I currently run a 21t brushed motor with no issues. It might cope with more, who knows. After a year lay off, I need to sort my 3d printer. My driveshafts are still in one piece and my spotlights are also still attached.
@@21ccFilms No errors noticed, Good wholesome fun from beginning to end, exactly how RC should be, you had me giggling away friend. "The voice" is from a special time, apply that voice to anything and,.. I'd buy that for a Dollar😉👍.
