I have just seen a documantery that was inspiring to me , I would enjoy the off grid lifestyle and in my situation I believe it a necessity as my own complications in life demand such a thing, yet , to then go on , myself to write my books would be my goal however the establishing of group works from such as the island amazed me with the power and information age of communication enabling the island as it has done a wonderful thing. To educate upon the real issues and live in such a way , a real inspiration . Thanks Roc

It would be interesting to see an index of 'punitiveness' of a city and their other socioeconomic outcomes (test scores, tax revenue, unemployment, median income, etc.). Once we can communicate exactly why and how it's not working at a local level, policy makers will continue to struggle in ambiguity.
