This is a terrible excuse for poor management of city finances. Housing evaluations have been extremely inflated and there are more tax payers than ever. There needs to be accountability for this. The areas you want to cut are some of the first responsibilities of city management.

I have some gorgeous black and white photos of this building. I think it's beautiful. It'd be neat to see it restored and turned into an art gallery or rental hall. Maybe even a place for homeless idk. I'm picturing these people who have power on city council looking at the building every day hating on it and planning it's end. Makes me sad.😢
