Hey Michael, your videos are amazing using the Nikon Z6II. Congrats! Also, thank you for sharing your experiences and ways you use this camera in conjunction with drone shots. I have a few questions, if you do not mind me asking. To get the various angles you show in your films, do you use 1 or 2 or more cameras? Do you shoot all hand-held? Do you shoot in HD or 4K and at what frame rates? Thanks, keep up the good work and your insight is appreciated in advanced!
I stumbled across your video because I'm thinking about buying a Z8. I've never filmed before because my camera isn't up to it. But this video is very impressive. :)
@@MichaelAres I tested the Z8 at the weekend and the difference to the old technology is extreme. The only thing I regret is that I was travelling with the D800 for so long. :D Thank you for convincing me as well.
I can't recall how i got here.....but this beautiful exchange ...has touched me deeply...it is so precious and has been held right there with this wonderful work.
Truthfully I've been using the Nikon 50mm 1.2 S lens a lot more these days. But for me, I'm fine getting closer people, or walking on the platform to get what I want.
Michael, I got 2 z6ii an 85 , 24. Do you think the 50 1.2 is god for all hibrid wedding day? Should i get the mini 3 or the 2 will do it good for openings photo/ video? Thanks for your time mate.
Mini is fine for drone shots. I’d prefer the Mav Air 2 or 2S for more flexibility when flying against harsh winds. The 50mm 1.2 is on my camera the entire day so yes. I only use the 85mm when there are more guests and I have to reach a bit further, otherwise, the 50mm never leaves my camera.
Extremely accurate! Just be sure to download the ICC profiles from SAAL Digital’s website to ensure that the colors will look the same from editing to print.
Do you ever feel uncomfortable getting so close to the people at church?! I feel like this is such an intimate moment for them and I don’t want to distract them.
Not at all! I’ve been doing it for so long that my church family has come to expect me taking pics every Sunday. Also, if their eyes are closed, how are you distracting them? Just have confidence, but also be mindful based off of the portion of the service that you’re in.
What gimbal do you use? I'm thinking of getting the latest RS3 - just wondering if it's gonna be enough (instead of taking Pro). While a total weight of z6II and 1.2s is massive, as for gimbal, it's got very uneven distribution as the lens is quite heavy
